Not sure we will stay here again not a very restful night.

Have stayed here before- rooms clean and comfortable but the last couple of times it has been noisy making sleep and keeping the dog quiet difficult.

Noise- rooms are not quiet- you heard everything from people enjoying themselves to other dogs in the building.

I said it above. The best hotel stay I have had.

I think this was about the best hotel stay I have ever had. The lady at the checking desk was super efficient and very helpful. The hotel was much nicer than expected and the breakfast was the best of our trip.

It was very brief less than 3-4 hours

We stayed there as our town was evacuated due to fire. We were forced to leave due to smoke from the wildfires

Looking for a clean and friendly staff this is the place

We left TN 6 hrs later than what we wanted to because of car trouble. We were due to check in at 3 pm, but did not get there until 4am. The front desk guy named Koko noted that it would be fine to check out at 1pm instead of the normal 11am. This was super nice of him. He told us our room, and I said I had 2 dogs and one was a service animal. Koko charged us for one of the dogs. That is great customer service. The room was super clean, I mean clean clean. We were in a handicap room, which is bigger than most, and the dogs loved it. After being in the car for so long, they were happy to be able to play. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi The price was right for the night we stayed, and I hope to book this same place on the way back.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay an extra night.

I will return for sure!

It was clean, not like other hotels we stayed at. I felt like we hit the lottery when we got there. I was completely comfortable and had a great night's sleep. The room was exceptionally clean, kept up and I was able to to take a nice hot shower. Staff was friendly and tentative to our needs. We brought our small dog Lucy and had no issues bringing her along.

Myra was amazing and referred us to a great steakhouse that was a real gem and unique experience.

our soap in the bathroom had been used and put back in the packaging and the shampoo was a 3rd gone. the sheets on the been were clean but someone had been on the bed.

Good place to stay if you find yourself overnighting in Shamrock, Texas.

Breakfast had protein options as well as Texas-shaped waffles, so pretty much everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty well decorated and maintained. The fitness center had two working treadmills and a Bowflex, and I had it all to myself, so that was nice.

The hotel looked a little old with a few cracked tiles in the bathroom, but nothing that interfered with functionality.

Beautiful lobby, staff so kind and helpful, luggage carts, pool, workout room, very, very nice (and large) hotel room, clean, comfortable, large bathroom with large walk-in shower, room had a table (which seems to be rare these days in hotel rooms), separate nook for keurig station, two nightstands, comfy corner cushioned chair, closet with a door, very quiet (couldn’t hear any cars going by even though our room was right next to the on ramp to the interstate), safe area, clean and modern facility, hot breakfast included (juice, eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles in the shape of Texas), right across the street from McDonalds, loved it, highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
