Breakfast was horrible location was great. Bathroom was horrible water in shower and face bowl was a drip. Complain, maintenance came and took a part off the tub where I couldn’t take a tub bath. The smell in the room was horrible, I got deodorant from the cleaning lady to spray everyday. I would never stay there again.

The location. The price was good but you get what you pay for. I thought it would be close to my stay at the La Quinta in Mt. Pleasant, Tx, no.

The location was convenient, the staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly

My first room had no water pressure the water barely came out of the shower head and the second room was only a bit better. I am not one that need my room serviced daily but I stayed 6 days and never did anyone service my room.

The place was no fluff but comfortable. It was clean.

The breakfast could have been a little better, there was very little and what was there wasn't very good .

tv for king room delux was way to small and the water pressure wasn’t get also Wi-Fi was terrible

the location was good but the staff was not helpful an the rooms were smelly. the door wouldn’t open so the had to reprogram the door. just a mess

the hotel couldve been alot cleaner. they had bed bugs and me and my daughter were all bit up. when i told the front desk the woman said " oh can you send proof, after i sent pictures all they did was tell me thank you for informing them and they work on issuing a refund.

my room had broken toilet and broken phone nothing was done about weather was bad couldn’t look for another hotel

I liked that there was a lot of good restaurants and stores near by

I didn't like that there was no housekeeping service, the toilet didn't flush properly, we struggled so much with the toilet, we had to bring dirty towels to get fresh ones due to no housekeeping service

Added extra UNAUTHORIZED charges for our room!

I was nicely surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the suite. There was no road noise. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

I wish I could have stayed longer.
