Pleasant and at a decent price.

I enjoyed the look of the room. They had a decent hotel breakfast. My room had everything that I wanted. It came with a fridge, microwave, and closet. It was very easy to check in/check out.

I didn’t like the flushing mechanism for the toilets. The toilets flush from a button in the top. The water pressure sometimes isn’t very high and you have to really push down on that button.

Bad smell, ended up leaving

Booked a non-smoking room but smelled awful. Room was not well kept, WiFi would not work, and we ended up leaving with no refund. The value should have been closer to $70, not $130.

If your flight is ever canceled at DFW, consider staying here.

The room was nice. The staff was friendly; I liked the shuttle transportation from the airport. I was even taken to Target to do shopping.

Some of the furniture was a little worn and could use an overhaul.

The hotel lobby was dark and front staff not friendly

Well worth what i paid!

It was close to fast food and dine in restaurants and only 70 miles from winstar casino!

No ice machine or soda machine on the 4th floor! That was my only negative which isn't even really all that bad!

Stayed there because I got stuck between flights. It worked. Staff was nice.

Breakfast was nice. Airport shuttle was convenient.

Room needed to be painted.

OVERALL STAY IS GOOD

BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND MANAGER IS EXCELLENT( NOT THE ONE WHEN WE ENTER THE HOTEL)

WE DIDN'T GET SHUTTLE FROM AIR PORT WE SAD FOR IT.

Wouldn’t stay here again

close to Main St and everything else we wanted to do

Walls in room & bathroom were dirty. pool has missing parts on the wall, nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool. Our room smelled

Bad

When we arrived our room was not clean. The second room same thing. Third room was humid with black fuzz everywhere. Breakfast left lot to be desired. Entire hotel felt humid.

Convenient hotel, old and worn, but with the best beds during our 3 weeks holiday, great location

The hotel looks old and worn, the beds however were the best during our 3 week holiday.

The combination of old and worn and expensive is not the greatest of experices, and on top all american breakfasts sucks, as it only offeres a lot of not good food for a bad start of the day, but that accounts for all american breakfasts on all hotels in this class of hotels. European breakfast gives a better start of the day in general.

good place to stay for the price and location was close to the places we want it to go.

the hotel was clean it was just the carpet that had a weird smell.

the sink was clog and the iron didn’t work at all.

Nice hotel, Close to airport, free hot breakfast and free shuttle to airport We checked in at 2:30am, and the staff member at the desk was very kind, sympathetic, and found us toothbrushes to use.

Not much! Our room was clean, we were in the room that long before catching the shuttle back to the airport.

Good stop when your flight gets cancelled.

Good location, near the airport and restaurants. Great stop if you plane gets cancelled. Just remember the shuttle only runs 7am-6pm. Very comfortable beds

It could have been easier to find the correct number to call for the shuttle

Staff = friendly. Room = clean. Bed = delightful. Breakfast = fantastic. Airport shuttle = hourly starting at 7:00 am. Overall, a great stay.

I'm disappointed...

The size of the room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (although I think it was frozen).

The receptionist was a phlegm, he wasn't friendly and I didn't see a smile from him. I don’t greet this at all or asked if everything was okay in the two days. There were no light bulbs in the room, all the lights were missing. There were hairs in the bathroom and the room wasn't vacuumed. We found a handkerchief used next to the bed. We could not use the tub because the faucet did not work. We could only shower, although this aspect was taken into account when booking.
