Bed was very uncomfortable and the smell of marijuana throughout the whole building was bad

The hotel was dirty. I walked into my room and found trash on the floor from previous guests. I also saw a mixture of lint, and hair and “stains” on the bathroom towels. The linens also had the same on them. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, using the towels, or standing in the shower floor.

Made reservation through Booking.com, and got confirmation, but when I arrived at the property, they had no record of the reservation. I was lucky they had a room since I encountered heavy traffic on my way there and arrived very late at night.

it was filthy. the rooms were dirty and didn’t even offer soap. the TV remote didn’t work. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

I'm sorry nothing was likable. It was too gross to even want to see what breakfast was. The lobby smelt so bad in the morning.

Not feeling safe. Main lobby doors were broken and so were the side doors. I didn't like the sliding glass door option either. The whole hotel smelled of years of cigarette smoke. When we walked into the halls it was foggy of cigarette smoke down both corridors. The curtains were filthy. We didn't want to touch anything. The room doors had months hand smudges, stuff looked spilled on the walls that wasn't wiped down. Wet hair all over hair dryer, dead bugs, stains and holes on covers. Pet hair on bed and pillows. Pillows stunk of mold, paint or cigarettes. Only thing wiped down was the tub itself and the toilet seat. I don't think the bathroom sink was cleaned. I took some pictures when I first arrived. I couldn't believe they would rent out the room. Plus it wasn't what I expected at all from this websites photos. My kids pointed out uglier stains on the down blankets that I didn't take pictures of. None of us got much sleep. I would have turned around and not checked in, if all the hotels weren't booked or over priced for the VA tech Homecoming game. We will never try a Baymont after this. This was our test run to see about using them the following weekend for another baseball tournament. We'll go back to what we're used to. NOT this!

Modest hotel. Great budget and quick place to sleep. Beds were comfortable.

The room was dirty it was spots on the carpet it was a heavy smell of smoke throughout the hotel it was broken Furniture in the room it looked more like a crime scene the response on a wall that look more like blood but I have been driving all day and I needed to get sleep so I was stuck staying there

Nothing, the breakfast was strictly eggs and stale Donuts and bagels that were also stale ended up going out for breakfast

Quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice stay for the price.
