Bad night for me and my guest

Upon arrival staff informed me there computer was down and could not rent me a room even with confermasion number they were very rude when I called the next day I was told the room was cancelled but have not received a refund from booking.com also was told they didn't know who cancelled it I would like my money back and should be comped a room for the inconvenience

Great staff. Clean. Good value.

Great friendly staff. Love adult time in pool.

My therapy dogs were almost attacked twice by dogs not on leashes. Pitbulls. Very scary. Both times were inside hotel.

I would stay again. The value and location alone made it worth my while.

The price was right. The location was perfect (just off I-5). The front desk was very polite and very welcoming.

There were times when the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke.

Overall my purpose for the stay was served, and the staff’s attention to detail made that happen. Room was very clean, n

Didn’t like that the night desk clerk was dishonest about her role in putting a call through to my room at 3:15am for someone looking for a person who was not in that room. Nobody knew I was there so that call was jarring. I believe it couldn’t been accidental by thinkin someone else was in the room, but a simple check of the actual person’s name in the computer could’ve avoided that.

Disappointing

No water after checking in and pool was not working after confirming that it was prior to checking in. Very bummed because the rooms looked nice and we had ajourning rooms.

Cleanliness of our room

We chose the third floor in hopes that we wouldn't hear pounding of any kind. But wouldn't you know it, the older couple next to us was doing so much pounding around it was ridiculous! I even slept with ear plugs and was still bothered. There is no consideration for others shenanigans staying in hotels.

Very good

Clean and well maintained. The check in process took longer than usual but overall was smooth. Breakfast was decent with some hot items and proteins. Decent but small fitness center but no water and a non working elliptical. Had noisy guests above us but front desk took care of it.

I love this place and the people

When I first arrived at the facility , the owner was just leaving, he saw that I had a truck and trailer he greeted me and pointed out a spot for me to park , he apparently knew I was staying for two days and said I could put the cones provided to save my spot for the next day when returned from the race track. I went inside and was greeted by an extremely pleasant employee, she checked me in and made sure I had everything I need, told me if I needed anything she is there for me. I entered my room and found a clean nice room. I woke up early to go to the track , got in the shower to my delight the shower had excellent water pressure, the employee in the morning made sure hot coffee was made , it’s available 24 hours a day 👍🏻 I got back the next day and the spot I had put cones out was waiting on me🎉🎉🎉 the property is completely fenced in so I felt my race car and truck was safe! I was hungry and ask a third employee if there was something in walking distance, she told me about three restaurants. The next morning I woke up and Joe had hot coffee waiting, super friendly, this was around 5am. I packed up by the time I was finished Joe had breakfast made , egg , sausage, biscuits and hit gravy. I absolutely love this property and can’t wait to visit again

Door to my room was deadlock defunct. Didn't feel secure.

The staff was polite and helpful. The facility was clean and well-maintained. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Access from the street was not real easy. Signage could be improved.
