Good

The property is very modern and well kept. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was good quality.

The rooms were not ready at check in. We had to wait and extra hour. The employee who checked us in was professional but was a bit rude and short. I was charged an extra $25 above the price I was given from Priceline. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were barely working.

Everything besides getting spider or bed bug bites while I was sleeping!

the i didn’t get any discounts on this property.. even that it was Sunday and Monday??

It was clean except the heater/fan was really dirty.

The heater/fan was extremely loud. I tried to turn it off but it kept coming back on. I called the front desk several times and they never answered the phone.

The staff was very accommodating. We went there earlier to get ready for a wedding. We wanted to check in earlier and the staff cleaned our room quickly so we could get ready.

emergency stay, was not very helpful

location was great for the all highways. would have been better if me and my service dog were not put on the top floor. the rooms were very nice and perfect for a family. i was there for 2 days and it was very stressful time.

one staff person was friendly the others were not helpful and acted like they were being strained to do their job even when no one else was there. i was locked out of my room, exhausted with my service dog on the top floor and thankfully had my cell phone, neither of my 2 key cards would work and it was before check in for new guests. hard to get anyone to help me. also when i fell in the hallway no one would help nor would they help when my room phone would not work after my cell phone died. i was in a car accident with my service dog and needed the room phone. i had been told someone would fix the phone but no one ever came. i called front desk to get a taxi and was told she could only give a number for me to call after repeat calls to her about my room phone not working! it took about 15 min for the same front desk person to realize this before telling me she would call a taxi for me. so much stress added to an already stressful situation this what looked to be beautiful hotel was not real fast due to most of the staff. thank you to the one day time clerk who did help me and one man who worked there, don't know what he did, but he talked to me on one of his breaks with some kind words and that made me not feel so alone.

all the hotels this summer were so overpriced. the prices were distressing.

Exceptional

Very nice hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was great! Definitely will stay again!

Overall it was a good place to stay and we would stay there again but request a different room.

It was dog friendly, the room was a good size and clean and there were good breakfast options.

Bath tub was chipped/had enamel damage making it uninviting to bathe in. And it was dirty under the bathroom counters. There was also a bright flood light outside of our window and the curtains could not block out the light.

The location was good compared to where we needed to go.

We were supposed to have a two queen bed room and the room we had was two full size beds. The beds were hard as rocks and super uncomfortable! The wind was blowing and leaking in somewhere because that is all we could hear all night!
