I loved the staff and amenities, such as pool and breakfast.

I did wish my room was a little more clean. There was writing on my mirror from the prior guests. That made me question what else wasn’t cleaned well. Also, the sofa bed didn’t have sheets on it.

Wow. So impressed. Honestly, I don’t expect much from Quality Inn. It’s where we stay when we are wanting a budget-friendly option, knowing that it will likely be older and a bit rundown. But seriously, it was a way better experience than the Hilton we stayed at a few nights ago. Pros: Stephanie! She was so helpful when I needed a quiet place to work to not wake my family before hopping back on the road. Perfect location. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. Very comfortable beds. Larger than normal mini fridge. Some updates have been done - newer paint, nice bathroom counters. And the hotel smelled good, not old/stale.

Bathroom sink was plugged and shower had hairs in it. The worse part of stay was the "animals" from out of town starting a group fight in the hallway next to my room, scared the hell out of my child. Same losers leave their trash in the hallways and stunk like pot. Too bad you couldn't pre-screening people like this but then you would be racist. The "animals" will just keep the good paying people from wanting to stay again.

Didn’t eat breakfast

I paid for a room with the jacuzzi only to find out it was hair inside it and also where the jets are it was so much built up dirt and etc inside it it wasn’t safe to even use it. Very poor house keeping. Also kids bumping and jumping above my head at 6 in the morning

Stephanie was a beast and was always on top of guests' questions and needs as well as keeping the hot breakfast full and stocked. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Pool area seemed neglected. A lot of trash bits and never any clean pool towels on the towel rack every time we went to use it.

The employees were very helpful and courteous. Hotel has breakfast on-site which has lots to choose from. More than any others in the area.

The bathroom was a bit small, but not too crampt.

Updated, clean and spacious, front desk very friendly and already assumed we wanted adjoining rooms because they were under the same name, so we didn't even have to ask.

Would have liked just a little more variety for breakfast but definitely something there for everyone.

It’s in a good location in the Wisconsin Dells. Close to many good restaurants and things to do.

I suspect bed bugs. I always check the beds when I arrive and didn’t see signs on the mattress where I checked. The room had a dirty shoe smell that hit me when I walked in. The comforter was not clean but I had my own blanket so I just took that off. I stayed there three nights. On the morning after the last night I found 7 bites on my right leg. I lifted the entire mattress up and looked under it. Black mildew like spots and a grayish shadow about a foot in diameter, right below where my back would be laying. The edges of the mattress seemed fine. There was dirt as well. This was my second time staying. It will be my last.
