Good price but no where to sit to visit

Nice staff, nice room, nice breakfast!

Very good free breakfast with lots of options including scrambled egg and sausage. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly.

Turning in to the driveway is scary. Not the management's fault but they should write to the city. It is an accident waiting to happen.

Hotel check in was efficient & friendly.

Convenient location. Great pillows & bedding. Uncomfortable bed. 🤷‍♀️

It gets the job done for a night or two away. Pretty decent place minus the small space.

Decent bed, good working heater/AC

How small the bathroom is, you can’t really use the bathroom unless the door is open and it’s hard to get into the shower because the door is in the way. If anything it should be a pull to open door for the restroom.

Great location, great hosts and comfortable hotel!

This was a convenient location, with clean quiet rooms. We received a call after we checked out from the hotel to see what we wanted to do about an item we had forgotten. We were not too far away so we returned to pick it up and were pleased to find it waiting for us along with a little snack offered as well. This is what I call customer service!

We were pleased with every aspect of service, comfort and value at this hotel.

we needed a place to stay, it was late and right off the freeway.

they do not charge for pets. And although we didn’t have time for breakfast it looked very inviting. it was done well!

Several people hung around the front entrance smoking; I feel there should have been a designated area around back.

Fill like ur in jail have to be in building certain time cuz doors get locked and if u come after locked and try get in u get charged for bugging them... Breakfast was ok sausage wasn't cooked all the way..eggs had to much water wasn't that great.

Exceptional

The room was comfortable and clean. The jet tub was very nice relaxing after having our wedding and reception. Put a heart made from New York peppermint patties and write a sign congrats! That's was very thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices.

Close to home a family.in room hot tub.

The room could have been alittle cleaner.looked like blood on the wall in bathroom.found a beer cap under the bed that wasn't mine.

Small, continental Breakfast, standard fare. Clean soft sheets.

Found trash in my room (empty water bottle) Indicating the flooring wasn't cleaned well. Bathroom door almost hit the toilet and the bathtub was ancient.

The fact that I was fully refunded.

The size of the room and the fact that I wasn't allowed to have visitors.. I would have liked to have Thanksgiving dinner with my friends without a time limit.

I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are very friendly, the halls, lobby and rooms are very clean. The sheets, blankets and bedspread are much nicer quality than I have experienced in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay stay here again!

There was nothing that I did not like about my experience.

Breakfast fine, staff and manager excellent. Place was quiet and clean.

I stayed two nights in different rooms. On this night problems included: for some reason keys would work once, then stop. I had to get several replacements. My computer would connect to their router, but router did not connect to internet. I used my computer at other public locations before and after, and this did not happen. The first night the TV would not change channels, using either the remote or controls on TV.

it was convenient

our first room was not cleaned before we were sent to it. The trash was not taken out, they were dirty towels in multiple places, and they were little pieces of trash that were left around for example there was the head of a razor, and some plastic thing from somebody’s new clothes just laying around.I am sending you two photos but I have more. The front desk person was kind and gave us another room. The Internet went out, and stayed out for most of our stay. (The photo titled outside is really the trash in our first assigned room)

I wondered about the usual clientele when I saw the price list in the bathroom of what you’d be charged for any missing

easy access to lower level rooms, and rooms were clean.

no elevator. hair dryer was broken.
