It looked nothing like the pictures. It was under construction , so the appearance was horrible and it looked like the manager and his family lived in the part time office.

The only thing that was nice was the price

I understand that it is under construction due to the hurricane, however there are roaches crawling all over, unfortunately I woke up to grab a drink and roaches literally scattered everywhere so had to take all my belongings to a local laundry mat so I wasn't bringing any unwelcomed guests at my house, second thing I wasn't to keen with was when I rented the room the guy at the desk told me that we weren't allowed any visitors after I informed him I was in town working with a friend down there and he would be picking me up for work each day(Englewood, Florida), there is black mold in the air conditioning unit in room 115, and finally the toilet doesn't want to flush no matter what you try to flush

Great spot, decent room for my son and I plus dog, friendly staff,alot of construction going on due to damage from IAN.the man at the desk in the office put us around the backside away from work being done,super thoughtful..This place in the past has had bad activity and it was run down..the management now is working very hard to fix what was broken ..I appreciate that..no complaints except the price could of been a bit lower considering the goings on and pool being unavailable..

Disappointing

Bed wasn’t bad

They have construction going on which isn’t at night but the place is a mess with limited parking. Manager gave my room to someone else who tried to get in the room. Once the lady went back to let them know another hour latter the manager came to my room messing with the lock before knocking on the door. He was there to trade keys. All of this happen after 9:30pm.

we were traveling by bicycle. we stayed 3 days. this location was great.

property had severe damage from hurricane Ian. we were checked in efficiently. we were asked about room preferences.

we did not have anything we did not like.

Had trouble checking in got stuck on the side with all the construction workers couldn't go out walking to many construction vehicles sheets looked dirty very disappointing would not recommend to anyone we know

The air conditioning was way too loud and kept cycling on and off, my pillow smell like vomit, and my wife had some kind of bites on the back of her neck when we got home the next day.

Affordable and comfortable are what we looked for and that’s what we got. It’s great for a budget!

I liked the privacy of the room and check in.

Dryer did not work properly.

not exactly sure if we will stay again

property is in great location for us to go fishing.

room was not clean. bathroom shower was nasty. has someone else’s hair in the shower. only gave 1 wash cloth. bed appeared to have dirty sheets

Wish Pet policy was more clear in booking

Everything was great except We misunderstood pet policy , signed in @ kiosk wish it would have had scroll with words . I understood keep dogs on leash now think it may have said keep dogs with you when you leave . We have tiny dogs construction being done in room next door & dogs barked .This wasn’t a pet friendly area & had to leave early do to can’t leave pets alone in room even to go eat .
