Buona Sistemazione

Servizio colazione e servizio parcheggio ottimo. Ottima posizione, comoda per poter spostarsi, c'è un pullman che sotto a casa finisce direttamente in centro.

Non c'è il cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Servizio un po' poco costante, fai fatica a trovare le persone.

Very disappointing.

Cable didn't work. Internet didn't work. Treadmills in gym didn't work. Elevators only periodically worked. Further research shows this has been going on for years. And I was charged $300 per night for this experience. Decor is dated. This property is located close enough to the loop that I think there is an enormous opportunity for it to be a real player. But they need to finally fix things and update the decor.

Wouldn’t stay again. Motel is better.

Room had real low water pressure. Took 8 minutes for the toilet to fill back up to be able to flush. Shower also had low water pressure. Room floor was nasty, slimy, and sticky if you walked on it.

Enjoyed Chicago Butttt.....

The bathtub/shower was great!! It was better than several higher rated hotels. And the AC was great!! Oh, and the free parking.

• Bed bugs, bed bugs and more bed bugs and was told when I complained that I was the first one ever to complain about bed bugs....and several other guests complained about it too and several left the hotel while our team was in the lobby. • Elevator constantly out of order. • Room key card had to be reset every night. • No restaurant. • No shops/restaurants within close proximity. • One microwave for the entire hotel located on the 1st floor. • Could never get the TV & Roku to work properly.

Convenient location, but frequent elevator issues and dirty amenities detracted from my stay.

I liked that this location was close to the McCormick Place Convention Center, and I could walk. It was easy to get a Lyft in this location which is a plus for me.

The elevator broke down several times during my stay I used the elevator 3 times in total during my 6-day stay and, I was continuously coming and going. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, with old food in the refrigerator bin. The microwave was shared with all hotel customers, we should have individual microwaves in each room.

Not impressed, entire hotel needs remodeled and updated!

Location proximity to the McCormick Center. The bed was comfortable.

The TV (and all TV's during my stay) didn't work, only Roku was available, which was useless to me. Most of the elevators were not functioning for the majority of the stay. The fitness center was terrible...carpet flooring, missing weights, broken and non-functioning equipment, no water (just the machine, no water jug on it), sanitizing wipes were completely dry, again no TV's or music for entertainment. The advertised amenities were non-existent / shuttered.

The hotel was not worth what we paid.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was excellent because we were going to the McCormick Place Specialty Coffe Expo.

There was no breakfast at all, despite they charged us for that. Security personnel was unfriendly, especially at night when they seemed very tired. A whole adjacent parking was closed and the hotel seemed neglected.

Stay Cation FAIL!! I’ve stayed at this property in the past and it was a decent staycation… however this is totally ridiculous, I don’t know what is happening… Deep soaker tub filled quickly-water was lukewarm at best…. So much for a relaxing experience there….Television small and horribly dated- but with NOTHING to watch… what hotel has no cable or entertainment for its guests?!?!?!…. The view of the parking lot only does so much…. So, I had no choice but to DoorDash a fire stick and have it delivered… was not informed of no tv options at booking… incurred additional cost purchasing a fire stick I don’t need and it is still struggling to connect to the spotty WiFi…. This diamond in the rough is all coal now…😤😤😤

We were in town for a funeral, it was a little pricey for the accommodations. The halls were out, the lights in the room

Staff was friendly

The room wasn't cleaned good . The tub/shower combo wasn't functioning properly. The water drained slow causing me to stand in ankle high water while showering.

Exceptional grand hotel.

This is a very well-kept old hotel. The rooms are huge and will equipped. It's very lose to the McCormick Center. I will stay here again and again. Next time in October.

Good hotel to stay at.

Check in and check out was extremely easy

The Wyndham sign is placed on top of the old hotel name. We were confused if we were at the right place or not. There were also quite a few trucks/SUVs very obviously taking up 2 spaces. They literally parked in the middle of the 2 spaces, very inconvenient for others that park correctly.

The lady at the front desk each evening was verfy helpful. She guided us on questions we had.

for the price the location was far from the conference center. No breakfast, the wifi was poor quality, the TP was cheap. I would expect more from a Wyndham. When we booked this name we thought it would be better.

Location I was locked out of my room for several hours because the door battery was dead and no one could fix it. Also when asked for extra pillows. They were given to me but taken away the next day

there is a designated parking lot next to the hotel. location relatively near to Chinatown.

booked with breakfast included (app and confirmation shows that) but hotel doesn’t offer that. I might have chosen another one. Hotel name outside shows another name.

value was somewhat expensive for the location, considering that there is nothing on this area

The location was not too far away from the main event I attended, the hotel was Ok, bed was good

Services were not what I expected them to be, and worse, you can not even get a cup of coffee. Besides having a pack in the room, you can have a coffee dispenser for the guest to grab and go in the main lobby.
