Breakfast was good. Pretty good variety with choices of hot or cold. The pool was heated and indoor. The lady at the desk was kind and attentive.

The hot tub was cold, but the pool was warm.

Sally the manager is always super nice!!! She definitely makes sure that we have everything we need to be comfortable during our stay! We stay at the SureStay every time we come to town! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice place just off the interstate. An older hotel. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. They are pet friendly which is a must for us. Great little breakfast. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, and other usual breakfast items. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here on future trips.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

I have stayed at several Best Western’s and the breakfast was below par. The biscuits were hard and the gravy was not hot in the crockpot. There were no eggs. Only truit we’re apples. No apple juice. Staff made their waffles first before customer.

Location was nice, egg omelets were great!!! Pet friendly was excellent!! However, it's a down hill slope from here.

The gift that just kept giving......hot tub was broken which was a main reason we picked there so no swimming or hot tubing for us or the kids, huge bummer!!!! Then no elevator to carry our stuff up, the TV wouldn't turn on because the batteries were bad in the remote and that should have been my sign!!! Then the handle on the dresser was broken way before we ever got there, the room cleaner clearly didn't clean well because there was a receipt and a pair of socks in the room on the floor next to the window. I asked for more towels and stacked them on the towel rack above the toilet and bam, damn near fell off the wall. There was trim missing in my bathroom and it was gross where the trim was gone. Finished up with my shower and pulled the covers back and you'll never believe I had NO COMFORTER!!!!! Went back to the front desk, of course, they were fresh out of comforters so she sent me with 3 more flat sheets and I about froze. But WAIT!!!!!! At breakfast I overheard an older couple talking about how they came in at 2 AM and they didn't have any HEAT overnight and their room was 43 degrees!!! Hell I didn't even have enough bedding for a normal nights temperature let alone for 43 degrees!!!!!! Worst hotel night I can remember, should have got my money back.
