Employees very pleasant.

Pancakes was nice change from waffles most motels have. Bed cofortable. Thermostat on wall was great TV great Lighted mirror at sink awesome

Carpet needed cleaning I suggest getting a Whittaker encapsulating carpet cleaning machine. As easy to use as a vacuum clearned. Dries in less than 2 hours. Best investment to keep carpets clean and customers pleased. Brookdale Senior Living has an encapsulating machine for cleaning carpets in all 700 communities. Cleaning companies that clean the carpets in the Las Vegas Casinos use an encapsulating carpet cleaning method.

Nice place to stay when visiting the wine country

The hotel was booked solid, the kitchen could not keep up with demand for breakfast.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast!

Excellent breakfast! Also, the rooms are very well-designed for travelers and very clean! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Perfectly situated hotel in Willamette Valley!

Perfectly located in Willamette Wine Country. Clean rooms and good complimentary breakfast.

Since we were on the first floor, we heard a lot of banging on the floor above us.

fresh and updated rooms. Great window coverings and plenty of electronic charging stations. Quiet for the most part.

the bathroom was small, hard for a bigger person to find room to stand to close the door. the toilet was too close to the ground and seemed like a child’s toilet. Shower didn’t have enough water pressure

I loved the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I was also impressed by the breakfast buffet 😋

I loved the location as it is close to George Fox University, where I attended a friends commencement ceremony

Best hotel I've stayed at for work travel

Separate bathroom from mirror and sink, LARGE room, good workspace, Many outlets for USB and other, Great TV with the ability to put my firestick in, very quiet, comfortable bed, clean, nice fridge and coffee area, a couple couches which was great. All around the best hotel I've stayed in while traveling for work

The only thing that could of been better was the lighting. There was one main light but I couldn't find the switch. It didn't really matter for my case though

Location is central to Willamette Valley wineries.

We checked in and were told the hotel has oversold King rooms (which was what we booked). We put in a Queen room on the 2nd floor. The hotel has thin floors and we did not get much sleep due to footsteps being heard from above. Housekeeping starting knocking on doors at 8:00 AM, which seemed quite early. The next night we shared this feedback with the hotel, and they were nice and offered us an ADA King room on the 3rd floor. However, we were still charged 2 full nights for a King even thought we were in a Queen for one of those nights.

Holiday Inn was very accommodating, and staff were kind and accessible..

Staff were wonderful and caring. Very nice and gentle people and very accommodating. A pillow case was not clean - milk was sour, but staff fixed both immediately.

Other locations offer a better value. For the cost I expect breakfast available at 6 and hot water. Room for improvement

Convenient location. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Breakfast at 7 am is NOT traveler friendly. Warm shower water-not hot.

Staff was friendly.

We called in the late afternoon to double check on the accommodations and were told that our king room had a pull-out. I could not remember, but we made sleeping arrangements accordingly. We arrived late, ready to go to bed, only to find no pull out cough and no black-out curtain. It was a sheer only. "The chaise" is really not equipped to have one sleep on it. Our 16 yo daughter slept on the floor. It turns out I was wrong about the reservation, but it would have been better to know upfront-- we would have planned differently. I was also pretty disappointed that the lack of a privacy-conducive window dressing did not warrant a discount.
