Perfect! If you're traveling on the five to jump off and have a relaxing nights sleepp

It's very convenient being right off the freeway and we had a room that had a separate living room area and kitchenette which was very nice. Lots of space, not exactly the newest style but kept up well

The configuration of the rooms was a bit odd and we had some trouble locating where our room was. Beyond that, no issues

It was cheap, but extremely ran down.

Large room on 2nd floor. Covered parking.

Dirty. Stinky. No elevator. Out dated. Flies. Bleach stain on carpet. No lights in pool. No breakfast advertised. Dark hallways. Hair on blankets. No coffee refills.

So noisy… you can hear every step on the upper floor, impossible sleep.really cold room. The AC not working properly.

Amazing but cleaning could do alot better

I loved the 12 o'clock check out time normally other places are 11, staff was very friendly and nice, and they had a great breakfast with alot of options!

I found a shirt in the room that was left from previous people, and touched my nightstand behind the lamp and felta sticky mess, so it wasn't cleaned properly.

will be very important to know when a pool / jacuzzi/ gym is out of service. before booked .

the pool was not in service. that is something important to ur family. specially after a long day of driving.. kids want to swim.

Generally we were pleased

Breakfast was simple but good, I used to be a housekeeper myself so the room could have been cleaner. Telephones could use a wipe down. Rooms need deep clean.

Exceptional

Front desk person was exceptionally helpful. It was late and I didn't feel well, she went above and beyond to make check in as hassle free as possible.

Parking needs more light. Especially in this area.

Disappointed

The staff was kind.

The property was not clean and needed improvements. The pool looked cloudy and there was a moldy tile in the ceiling. The hallways smelled bad and the carpet was old and needed replacing. The breakfast area was in the lobby/elevator area and didn’t feel sanitary. And the walls seemed thin. I didn’t sleep well because I could here the people around me all night.

horribly dirty room - bad trip

the night staff was helpful when our toilet seat was broken and our shoes were sticking to the floor.

the room was really dirty and the toilet seat was falling off- when we requested the room be cleaned it wasn’t and there was an out of control party going on across from our room at 11 pm with really loud drunk people making really loud noise- we had to change rooms at 11 pm.

Description states remodeled rooms. Guess my room was forgotten. Key cards did not work. Entire system was down. Room and bathroom was dirty with stains on walls and ceiling. There was a clamp holding up the shower head.

Good hotel!

Pool was finally open and they had breakfast again!

Inconveniente that their key machine was broken and we had to always have someone let us into our room.

Overall very good. Definitely would stay there again.

The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage and seating options, good sized table/desk.

Towels, bathmat, etc. could have been plumper. Although chairs at table were comfortable, it would have been nice to have a height-adjustable chair to use table comfortably as a desk. An ottoman of some kind would be useful when sitting on sofa.
