The worst ever due to Ish and the room was horrible. The first room he put us in was dangerous.

The breakfast was 1 item, no nutrition which was lame. The coffee was ok, but did not make up for the horrible experience of staying there. I will not ever stay again at any Super 8, nor would I recommend it. The location was fine,

The front desk man Ish was the worst. He has no customer service skills at all. He was rude, disrespectful, dismissive, mean, discourteous, exacting and the experience was horrible. Ish was just awful. Jimmy, (the other front desk man) he was the best! The room was pitiful. The bathtub had black mold where the shower walls meet the tub. The shower head was old and slightly functional-the water did not come out of all the holes in the shower head. The water pressure from the shower head was weak. The tub was a light color but the bottom of the tub was dark, looked like it was dirty (very bad). The heater was awful-it clicked on and off all night, keeping us up. There was an old bar of soap behind the toilet, so the bathroom was obviously not cleaned there, which made us wonder if the bathroom was really cleaned well at all. There was a very cold draft from the heater/AC unit - there was no insulation on 3 sides of the unit and let cold air from the outside in. The temperature was terrible. One of the blankets had a patched hole, 3 inches long. The desk wabbled. Ish made us bring down our towels for new ones, but Jimmy (the other front desk person) picked our towels up and gave us extra ones (Ish made us put the requested extra towels and the other towels in a bag and made us bring them down, he wouldn't come and get them, but on the 2nd night of our stay Jimmy did come and pick the towels up - Jimmy was the complete opposite of Ish. Jimmy smiled and was kind, helpful, courteous, went out if his way to help). The toilet seat was not stable - moved from side to side almost off the base toilet. Ish had it fixed by Jimmy and it was a little better, but still shifted. Jimmy said all the toilets in all the rooms shift a bit.

awful, worst experience ever!

it was filthy, pubic hair in the shower with used soap! the chair was ripped stained and looked like a crack house. 2am people coming in and out which was very sketchy!!! had several bites when I left?? will throw away everything that entered that room! paid almost 250 bucks what a rip off! peers should be ashamed! picture had to be photo shopped. boogers on the walls! beds were hard, just think this place should be closed by the police and the health dept!!! just horrific!!

Restless and disappointed for the price we paid

The old smell in the rooms and hallway. The one blanket we had, felt like a thin piece of crusty old blanket. Not having trash cans in the rooms. And the whole rundown beat up place. Oh and the beds felt like old stiff beds very uncomfortable. The breakfast is not what it should be with these high prices

The staff were super friendly. Easy to get to. The price matches the accommodation.

The beds were hard, and the pillows were small, but that’s personal. And it was noisy.

This is the worst motel we have ever stayed in and we average 10-21 days in motels a year.

It was available when hotels in Ann Arbor were all booked.

Bathroom walls were filthy. Toilet would not flush completely unless we stood and held the handle down until it was done. Bathroom door would not latch shut. Heater turned on and off continously (off 15-20 seconds than back on). Shower head had no place to attach it so had to be hand held. Bed, poor quality. Noise from other guest rooms (talking and TV made sleep difficult. TV remote would only turn it on and off. Could not change channels. We were in the first room in the hall by the lobby and the televion was loud all night. we wondered if we were given the worst room they have because we used Booking.com Breakfast only had sugary buns and OJ. Dissapointing The wi-fi password was not legible on my keycard. The clerk was not available but a man (perhaps a guard) gave it to me.

Did not have breakfast due to covid, but the location, cleanliness and staff were great.

Only complaint I could really even have was I think the beds could be updated a little more but they were ok

DO NOT STAY HERE

It can was a ok location when we checked in staff was nice at first. But that changed

The bathrooms flood for apparently no reason I guess. They have bed bugs, staff is super nasty and rude. unprofessional. I will never stay here again
