Crappiest service best customer service

The only thing I liked was the person working? I can't remember if it was Brittany or Allison but she was amazing she deserves to raise and deserves to actually get one you billion dollar companies make billions of dollars you can give one woman a raise If not I'll go to the media

A cheap stay but not worth the nasty room and facilities.

It was a big room

It was dirty. The sheets were stained with dirt and blood. The pool and hot tub were cloudy and brown. The staff took 20 mins to come to the desk to check us in then she was rude and talking on her cell phone. There were red stains in multiple spots on the carpet that were sticky. There was used bandaids and clumps of hair on the pool deck. Over all just a very nasty hotel.

Would’ve never stayed if they would’ve informed from the start the pool was closed.

Pool was closed and they didn’t even inform upon check in. Stained bedding and flooring. Moldy mini fridge.

For the outrageous amount we paid we expected a much nicer room not frayed dirty carpeting

The location was fine, very quiet

The room was dirty, hadn't been vacummed, tub didn't drain, refrigerator had not been wiped out had food stuck inside. No ice in the ice machine no snacks in the snack machine, Trash containers overflowing onto the floor.

Pool h24 very good, hotel manager very good (rebecca) but breakfast too bad... and sofà bed very bad

It is the worst part of the whole hotel... scrambled eggs terrible, not eatable, like sponge. The body of the waffle even worst, too liquid, very bed after cooked... far away below sufficient level... fruits limited to bananas, no fruit basic salad,. Bred tast poor quality, no Nutella....

The sofà bed is very bad...impossible to sleep there. So for a family like us, half of the family did not sleep!

I would recommend this hotel.

The young lady that checked me in and was also there in the morning was absolutely lovely. She was not only very professional but very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. This hotel met my needs. The room itself was clean.

The only thing was the remote did not work very well for the TV, And the water pressure was not great, but it works. Everything else was accommodating.

Fine for one night but wouldn’t stay again.

The property itself was very nice. The rooms were clean and the desk staff was very friendly.

The mattress on the bed was very old..very sunk in towards the middle. The price I paid for that room was not worth the uncomfortable bed. Also..the entire front of the property and the lobby area smelled like weed.

Tvs in both rooms didn't work in lounge area if the room. Tvs worked in bedroom but not sitting area. One room smelled musty. Hallway reeked of pot.

Disappointing stay in a previous excellent hotel.

Location is good...close to food and highways. Liked the morning newspaper. Husband liked th cookies.

Bathroom had dirty floors and grout. Stains on carpeting. Room was next to noisy part of hallway. Woke us up each day. Do not like the shallow sinks in the bathroom. There was a large bug on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived. No fresh fruit in the breakfast and no cranberry juice.

Not a good experience

I didn’t eat the breakfast and the location was ok

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel attendant didn’t answer the phone all night I called and complained about the air not working and bugs biting me a manger was suppose to contact me and never did I feel as if I didn’t get my moneys worth

A great place to tap out of every day stress.

The drive to the inn was gorgeous! This location is in Germantown, so the closer you get you start to see the style of houses change and you little feel like you are in little Germany. There was so much green everywhere! The inn & our room were extremely quiet, peaceful & SO CLEAN. We got the whirlpool tub & now, that is the only room I will ever get! Their water is shocking hot (good if you like nice steamy showers or a detoxing soak in the tub-just make sure you are careful).

The location is about 20-30 minutes away from anything really good to eat or entertainment but overall, I would 100% recommend this location.

Clean and convenient

Two people at front desk, only one couple ahead of us. The 2nd person couldn't be bothered with helping to check us in ( probably the manager). We stood and waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Just rude.

Good place for the price

Was locked out of my room because of dead batteries in lock. Staff was great getting it fixed. They also took care of me at checkout.

All the soap in the bathroom were broken

The facility is in a perfect area for me to stay. I have family and business in GT and MF. I'm disap

The week day woman, LIlie was great at this position. Persantation, cleanliness, friendliness was great! Week end gentleman needs to be retrained, it was filthy and empty, cold! Only ate one weekend. Room was clean. Front gentlemen on 2nd shift was very hard working, thorough and pleasant.

Entry doors jammed, unuseable. Hallways always dirty. Pool and hot tub was cold. There are finer places to stay.
