good but needs improvement

location is hard to beat—close to the ball fields. staff was amazingly friendly

the hot tub was not working. the pool is indoor but very small and extremely loud. the elevator was sketchy.

I will not ever stay there again. I will never let any family or friends stay there.

the location is good. it’s in the middle of town. really close to restaurants and gas stations and convenient stores and grocery stores.

The motel / hotel was dirty. The elevator sounded and felt like it was going to break. The light didn’t work. The keys didn’t work in the door.

I was disappointed

Close to everything

The jacuzzi wasn’t working. The place is a bit run down. No water available in the food area. Most Wyndoms I’ve been to had ice water available to us.

Very good

Nice clean hotel with easy parking and convenient location. Price was very reasonable and the breakfast was perfect.

in need of maintenance. elevator out of order. carpet had duct tape to cover holes in hallway. limited parking due to snow piling up.

Terrible service. Sheets didn't fit bed

Signed up for a king bed, got two double beds. I can't remember the last time I slept on a double bed. Only 5 cars in parking lot, so can not fathom that a king bed was not available.

Disappointing

The first room they checked us into had a broken bathroom knob, light and exterior door lock. The floor hadn't been vacuumed and the refridgerator door wouldn't shut. The second room was ok, and this is my fault, but I thought the beds would be queens, they weren't.

great location and price. it was clean. Staff at front desk was not very pleasant. did not see any other staff during our 3 day stay

top floor was quiet, but the walls were thin so we could hear activity in the hall.

they did not honor my reservation and charged me $60 more than I was quoted by Booking.com

Dirty room, pictures on the web were totally different in person. Bad paint job, dresser was beat up, no security screen on window, outlets did not work one was taped up, smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, towels were like hand towels. not worth the money to stay here.

Nice enough room

There was a beeping noise from somewhere in the room. Kept going off intermittently the whole time. REALLY ANNOYING. Sometimes every few seconds, sometimes a few minutes apart. There was a used soap bar in the bathroom. The AC was super loud. And the elevator shook and jolted...

Expensive and disappointing.

Breakfast was fair.

Found dirty towel, blanket gutted, hair dryer broken but substitute not installed, microwave not working. Lateral doors still closed at 9 am. Poor maintenance.

Maintenance goes a long way. Just Do It!

The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable

a/c was very noisy, as was the bathroom fan. There was only one entrance after 10:00 p.m.

This Hotel will be the first I’ll check o. the next trip through. Really, it was a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

it was located nicely. We were getting some fencing for my property and it was on the main drag through town but set back off from the street

I have no complaints at all with the property or it’s staff. The room was clean and the other guests were quiet. We heard nothing in the halls
