Just wanted to enjoy the last of the color. Spent a lot of time on the balcony!!!!!

The close view of the lake. Had a grill. Very friendly staff. Good beds and pillows. Great parking.

For the price, there was nothing I didn’t like.

had a great time in a super location.

Super location, beautiful surroundings - right on the lake. Nice deck with tables, chairs and umbrellas - provided a great place to hang out or read. Room was clean, good towels.

Room was a bit small, and dated. No AC

beautiful location -staff lovely and accommodating I appreciated no smoking /no pets

no air- but fans were supplied- however it was not hot during this time (spring shoulder season) I can imagine it might be very warm during height of Summer

What a comfortably view!

Wow. Very clean room with a shower that rivals Kramer’s elephant shower head. Amazing view of Grand Lake from the balcony with chairs and hummingbird feeders. We were lucky enough to get a full moon view of the lake that night. Absolutely beautiful. Will be back.

We were there May 31 so the town went to sleep kind of early but I’m sure later in the season everything stays open later. Can’t say anything about the hotel!

The stay at Western riviera was nice, clean and quiet I was not offered any breakfast so I cannot comment on that

We liked where it was located by the lake. It would be nice if more stores were open it almost seems deserted.

Location

High pitch noise coming from both smoke detector, and from broken television made it very hard to sleep. The room smelled very musty and the walls were incredibly thin, so you could hear everything - especially people walking above us.

Great Trip and will be back Next Year!!!

The location is great! It's right in the middle of everything and by the water. Breakfast is right around the corner at the Bakery Cafe. We attended the musical down the road at the Repertory theater and it was wonderful!!! I've stayed here before and attended shows at the theater (amazing shows!) and taken the pontoon tour and or course enjoyed the shops and eating. It's an annual trip for me now and I will only go when the Western Riviera has reservations available!

All around a great visit, and I will stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable and the view was fabulous. We had to switch rooms during our stay (our fault, not theirs) and we left something in the first room. The staff were excellent in tracking it down and returning it to me. Extremely nice people who care about their guests' experience.

The bathroom in the Lake Side Cabin was very small; I could not turn the shower on without getting my head in the water stream.

we made the best of it ,being from Phoenix.

View was Great.It was a good spot and had all the amenitties as far as the. kitchen and utensils.

Room needed maintenence toilet. seat was really loose,bath door we couldnt close,due to wrarped. The room was really hot when we showed up and no windows opened,course no AC.We had no room service,due. to lenghth of stay,I guess the covid risk. I had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags.Im not sure if couch bed sheets had beed changed,we found hairs and crumbs?

we knew there was no AC in the cabins, but didn’t think to check the heat wasn’t turned up. took us far too long to realize what was going on.
