Great place for a repeat stay!

Great staff, newly remodeled rooms, awesome location. We stay here several times a year and love it. If you're looking for the Taj mahal this ain't it, but if you want budget friendly, clean, and safe, it's an awesome place. The staff is always great!

Paid 60$ damage deposit and cleak took cash and told us we didn’t pay cash when we did

Close to beach / walking distance we had to clean the air unit ourselves because we called the front office and they did nothing about it but the air unit was so dirty our room was very uncomfortable/ Hot !!!

No ice machine ! Rooms not clean to meet our standards! Bedding not clean

We didn’t stay. There was no way we were going to get in those beds!

Everything was disgustingly filthy. The funny part is the staff made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting us check in early with no charge after we waited for the room to be “cleaned”. What a joke!

It was filthy. Every pillow had a stain on it. The headboard had so many hand prints and smudges on it. The fridge looked like it had been dragged behind a car. The bathroom was so dirty. We were afraid to touch anything.

took forever to get into our room , at the end of our trip the front desk clerk wasn’t as nice as he was at the beginning. still haven’t gotten my 60 deposit back and nothing was left wrong with the room

People standing around on balconies all the time. They hotel would not refund our deposit because, we used two towels to wipe our hands on after eating crab legs. This place is desperate for money. We have this hotel booked again for next month until now, we are canceling our reservations.

Don't waste your money here!

Nothing.

It was dirty, most of the place was closed off with caution tape. The mattress had yellow spots, we were there for 5-10 mins before asking for a refund and leaving, no way were we staying there. Looks nothing like the pictures!

Very good

The rooms have been remodeled, so everything was clean and freshly painted. It is literally steps from the beach. You can't beat the location. There was plenty to do in the area and it is a little further down the beach than where the younger party crowd hangs out. It was nice having a door on both sides of the room.The staff were nice and very accommodating.

The bathrooms were kinda small with not much counter space. The pillows on the beds were like pancakes. If those are my only complaints, I think we're in pretty good shape.

Hidden Gem

Great price for the location, right across from the beach. Easy to navigate through Panama City. Nice sized room with a full kitchen. Two entrances, two televisions, a separate area for dining and entertaining.

The room had been remodeled or repaired recently and the repairs were not complete.

I can’t say enough great things about the cleaning lady. She does the best she can with what she has and is very friendly and helpful. She talks to guests like old friends. The location is ok. It’s close to beach access, Alvin’s Island, Sunsations, and an ice cream shop. Very short drive to restaurants and attractions, and very close to St. Andrews State Park.

While the cleaning lady does the best with what she has, the look of the room compels you to further clean and disinfect, and when you do, your Clorox wipes come out dirty no matter how many times you wipe the surfaces. The bottom level room we had was cramped with 2 double beds, a nightstand, and a too large for the space chest of drawers. Our dog’s crate just fit between the beds and I mean JUST FIT. No walking space between beds and walls. The mattresses were old spring mattresses. If they were ever pillow top, the pillow top is long since worn and gone. Extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioner was a wall unit below the window and was loud with a lot of dust in the vents. The room was painted a brown that was too dark for the space, and the wall behind the microwave had what appeared to be splatter marks. The black out curtains serve their purpose, but appear to be 20+ years old if they’re a day. Could see daylight around the doors. The bathroom is TINY and gets hot as there is no central air conditioning and it is not ventilated. The shower and sink had no cold water. The room next to ours had a constantly running toilet, sink dripped a couple doors down. It’s clearly some plumbing issues and more than clear that the owners do THE bare bones minimum with maintenance, upkeep, and upgrades. Absolutely nothing appears professionally done. The room was in no way aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, or relaxing like you’d look for on vacation. I’ve never been one to go for condominiums and prefer the Old Florida mom n pop hotels/motels. This is one that won’t be a repeat stay. If marijuana bothers you, don’t stay here. The office always has a strong marijuana odor, and walking around outside the rooms you will never, ever, smell air that doesn’t smell like weed. I dare say, though, it’s better than the musty, stale air inside the room. While we found no visual evidence of bed bugs in the room, I had some type of itchy bite on my hand on day 2.

The beds were comfortable, clean, and it was basically on the beach. I believe it’s like 15 steps total and then you’re on pier 2 getting your toes in the sand. I would definitely book again

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Clean Pool-Except For Just A Few Things....

- I loved that it was a short walk to the ocean. - The staff were exceptionally accommodating. - Although we didn't bring our pet, I love that they allow pets. It warmed my heart to see so many others there with their fur babies. - The pool was impeccably clean and we enjoyed it very much. - It's a very chill place and I will definitely stay there again.

-The rooms posted on their website is not what the majority of the rooms look like. There's nothing wrong with that, just a disclaimer. - There was sand in the sheets and all over the floors upon first walking in the room, although the sheets were clearly clean (smelled strongly of bleach). Being that close to the beach it wasn't alarming bc I know sand gets everywhere. - The toilet wouldn't flush as it was stopped up before we used it but I finally managed to get it to go down. Unfortunately we had a late night emergency with the toilet again as it was about to overflow. I couldn't find any staff so I had to go buy a plunger. - The WiFi worked perfectly on my Samsung but absolutely would not work on Apple devices. The staff tried to help but they couldn't figure it out either. - I found out after we got there that I was overcharged about $300 because I booked it online (idk if it's bc I paid through a 3rd party app or if that's normal online pricing for booking ahead) - There is no maid service, I'm not sure if it's just not available or if it's available for an extra price. - Let it be noted I'm very easy to please and not a big complainer. I can make do with just about anything. I only listed these shortcomings for others who may not be ok with some of these attributes.

Everything! This place was disgusting! There was mold in bathroom, dirty sheets, and a huge gap when you closed the door. I tried to contact mgmt to request a refund, but they would not even answer the phone! I was here less than 5 minutes before leaving!!!!

Great location. First room had broken bed and tv didn't work. They was very quick to move us to a different room which was appreciated however, the new room had a hole in the wall by the bed. One of the bunk beds had no linens. The bathroom floor was broken. They have good potential to be a nice hotel but definitely need to put some work into the place.
