Good value for the 2 night stay. Smell of marijuana lingered in the hallway was disappointing.

1: Location was great. Restaurants and Walmart are nearby within walking distance. 2: Parking spot was available at any given time of day and night. That makes it convenient. 3: Convenient access to I-10.

1: Hallway stunk. Someone smoked marijuana somewhere and used the hallway. The smell lingered on inside the hallway. I worry about my 3 year old’s health every time we had to use the hallway. 2: Breakfast was okay, but could have been a lot better. 3: Bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom and on motion sensor or timer. Light kept turning off while I was still using the toilet. Had to use my phone flashlight each time it goes off. 4: Bathtub had weak spot in the middle that runs from one end to the other end. Felt like it was going to break into two.

Discrimination against cats.

Nothing. Will never go to this establishment again.

Pet policy. We got turned away after making a reservation online. They didn't let us stay here because we have a 5lb cat. They will accept dogs. Pet policy is not specific. I've never had this issue. And on top of everything, they want to try to charge me when their non specific policy is discrimination.

close to family

needed a place to stay close to family’s home. this was only 5 min away and convenient

carpet in hallway was outdated and they had machine parts for old AC unit laying in the hallway

Passable

The room was large, bed comfortable, lots of storage space, great location for the event were attending. Ok breakfast BUT, our room never had the coffee, cups or towels replaced, 1 morning the cleaning staff never even came in to empty trash or resupply, coffee, cups or towels. All 5 nights we stayed required a trip down to the desk to ask for something that should have been in our room. The first night I spoke with the manager and he assured me it would be taken care, but it never got better. I did advise the manager again on the last morning of the issues, he came up and was surprised that the cleaning staff had not been in.

The bed was never made and the room should have been checked daily to resupply coffee, towels, cups and empty the one small trash can
