Great location for events

Rude service, broken drawers in unit , floor dirty Needs repairs.

I didn't stay. They weren't very communicative. I cancelled shortly after making the reservation.

Disappointed but Hopeful

The staff was courteous. My king-size bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were soft.

The area behind the front desk was untidy, which was unwelcoming and the grounds dark. I was uncomfortable with people standing in the parking lot smoking. My king suite was okay but the spa tub was disappointing. The jets not really working well. The sink drained slowly, which wasn’t pleasant waiting for it to drain. I am hoping that the owners can use this feedback to make their hotel better for future visitors.

Exit not obvious (signage?). No facial tissues (Kleenex) and no anti-slip mat for shower.

This hotel is very nice and quiet. The rooms are beautiful. It feels like you're in your own apartment. Very comfortable cozy and peaceful the most comfortable bed I ever had in my life. I would recommend I stay here to anyone who likes peace and quiet when traveling

The only thing I did not like was some of the housekeeping services. Sometimes my room would get skipped but they always did make up for it if the maids got off work early the manager would help me with anything I needed.

I paid for a spa tub and it didn't work and no point in providing smart tvs when you don't give the guests the remote to use it.

Disappointing

Location of the room. Initially room ready to receive guest.

No room cleaning service during 3 night stay. Had to ask for clean towels and trash to be taken out. Walls very thin. Obvious permanent residence community. Family members just hanging out eating and having tea. Old man kept saying we're going to follow up with the cleaning crew which was obviously "themselves."

My stay was short and sweet, friendly service clean room and an awesome breakfast with hot waffles was excellent.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. And I really appreciated that the room did not smell like smoke, there had been many times where I went to other hotels and had to actually leave the hotel because every room they put me in smelled like either marijuana or cigarette smoke. It was small children it’s not an option to stay in a room that smells like smoke. So it wasSuch a relief to enter the room and it smelled fresh and clean.

That the spa (hot tube) was not open.

Never again!

the staff was friendly

jacuzzi jets didn’t work, only one nightstand that looked like it should have been thrown out years ago. Heater sounded like a diesel truck engine all night long! people above us moved furniture around all night. TV wouldn’t turn off. very loud outside the door. Found out they rent on a weekly/ monthly basis for people who would be homeless through the county , which is fine. But they shouldn’t be advertising as a hotel for travelers then. This was not worth $120.
