Pleasant

Clean extra large room had hair dryer, refrigerator and microwave HBO great value for the price

Staff was not all that friendly, also since the motel is right on Jonathan Creek you need to have seating faculties like other competing motels in the area have maybe a gazebo or some Adirondack chairs so people can sit by the creek

Great stay private and comfortable

It is a older motel. But it has been renovated. Nice roomie parking spaces right outside your door. Each room had a couple rocking chairs out front to set and enjoy the outdoors. Very comfortable stay.

Bathroom was small and tv was kinda small. Mattress was hard.

Exceptional

The room was nice and clean and it had everything we were expecting. The desk clerk was very nice. It is at a very good location and we had a good time.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been a Coffeemaker

For a lower cost hotel it is better then some of the more expensive ones I've stayed at.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent as always, home away from home!!!

The staff and owners are excellent. The rooms are very nice and plenty of room. Also very clean and no problem with any supplies needed. It is very quiet here and a great location. Very good rates and great people who own and work here we always stay here when we come up. And there is always someone available day or night. Great place to stay and very private and quiet place!!!! We love staying here!!!

I appreciated the kindness they showed when we had car trouble and couldn’t check out at the normal time.

Close to my class and restaurants and other businesses.

Terrible never again

The new floors no carpet was great

The room walls were nasty booked non smoking room was placed in smoking room walls nasty from smoke multiple places that were I am assuming they were patching never was painted staff at check in very inattentive didn’t care Staff at check out regarding why we were placed in smoking room was not interested in it didn’t want help To have to clean my room before I could stay and spray due to old smoke smell after midnight is ridiculous The beds are hard as a rock and no one was able to sleep Never again will we stay here and I will be letting everyone I know this

beds are hard, pillows hard, hair dryer didn’t work, windows weren’t fully sealed allowing talk from the night window to be clearly heard.

Great place to stay for a quick getaway.

The room was very spacious and you could tell have been renovated fairly recently. The staff was friendly. Good location for us to easily commute to Cherokee, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for the day.

The overwhelming scent in the lobby area, smelled like incense. It wasn't a bad smell, but for those who are sensitive to strong smells it would definitely be a problem. And the pillows were terrible, very thin!

Disappointing

The owner was very friendly, but the floor in the room i stepped through, there was also another place in the floor that was cracked and felt like it was gonna go through, i went up to the office a couple of times, and even upon checkout no body was there, we just drop our keys in a drop box. So i couldn't tell them about going into the floor at the bathroom door. There was mold on the faucet which wouldnt stop dripping. A very heavy constant light run more than a drop . And there was those little water flies congregating in the bathroom. I was very upset by falling when i stepped into the floor, since i have severe arthritis, a new knee replacement and other health issues.

All of the above, The desk manager was very nice when i saw him the one time at check in.
