Very good

Good old fashion travel motel. Right place right time, beds were comfortable. Microwave worked.

The lighting was poor, just a couple of lamps. For the one night stay - workable.

Pit Stop basically. Great owner with American values.

I love the owner. he is great guy to talk to and very kind and helpful. this is not really the kind of place I would bring family, this is a great place to stop if you need sleep or you are traveling and just need a place to crash. This was exactly that; a place to sleep.

Location is out in the woods basically, but it’s a great pit stop. It is nothing fancy here, just a great inexpensive place to sleep.

Availability, and cleanliness of the room

the bed was very uncomfortable... could use upgrades to the mattresses. also, the hair dryers are old and somewhat useless due to lack of power

Pleasant stay in small town America

The stay was economic, no bells or whistles, however the room was very clean. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to expensive rooms in State College, 25 minutes to Beaver Stadium. I recommend for anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.

The wifi is pretty slow, good enough to get your emails and tool around to find local places to go to etc. but don't expect to stream your hulu.

It got the job done. We needed a place to stay while in town for a wedding.

This place was convenient while in town. It wasn't the fanciest place but for the area, price, and cleanliness you can't beat it.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Easy to reach. Gave me the feeling that I was visiting friends.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of air freshener or detergent. I had an allergic reaction to it. Up all night. Cut my visit short. Let the manager know. While he assured me that he used hypoallergenic scent free detergent, when I got home the clothes I attempted to sleep in had picked up the smell from the sheets. If ever I stay in a motel with that smell, I'll know to turn, leave, and sleep in my car before repeating that experience.

Super friendly service,clean and quiet.

Super friendly owner allowed me choice of two rooms. Room had new AC,smelled clean and was visibly clean. Bathroom floor was new. Perfectly fine for an overnight rest stop.You can tell the owners care.

Carpet had some stains but wasn't really a big deal.
