It was restful.

The location and room was great, breakfast was good and served with a smile.

I was in a king suite the tub took to long to fill. I reported it to the staff and they tried to fix it. I was paying for something I was not pleased with and did not use the tub. My trip was good

Nice, as expected, easy.

Checkout was a breeze.

A general comment on yhe hotel industry as compared to the house rental industry: IT would be easier to choose hotels if options for rooms were available. As of now, few if any options exist for families (3 or more) that require multiple beds, preferably multiple distinct rooms.

Nice room, good breakfast.

Our room was a King Suite, and I think the only difference was that we had a jacuzzi tub. The room space itself was enough to move comfortably. The breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from and it was manned by a very attentive employee!

The shower was hard to get right, either scalding or freezing. Plus the bathroom itself was super cramped.

Great Breakfast, Worn out room.

The hotel is in a great location for visits to the Biltmore. The breakfast is one of the better ones I've ever had at a hotel and the lady running it was exceptional. She was constantly cleaning, restocking and assisting people.

The room was beyond worn out. The carpet was frayed completely through going into the bathroom and was overall worn out. The staff was efficient but not overly outgoing or friendly.

Rude staff, socially the manager on that day.

Location

The staff, the manager of the day during our day was so rude. I signed a consent for a non-smoking room. And when we arrived at the room, its stinked and smells someone before us smoked pot, it was terrible smell. I went down to ask for another room and the manager told me, they are fully booked and told me that if they can’t find a vacant room for us they will cancel our booking and refund my money and that what almost 8pm. He was so mean. That’s ridiculous. I asked for compensation if that will happen and at the end he changed our room. However, the communication was so intense. I won’t stay on this hotel ever again. No consideration, so rude! 😡

Family trip location near Biltmore Village

We picked this location as a meeting spot for family. You can walk to Texas Roadhouse and there are other restaurants close by but it is a busy road. Nice pool and hot tub inside, and the breakfast spread was better than others I had recently.

Overprices, $300. For a crappy small room to small to open a suitcase. Mold on the bathroom ceiling

Room was toooo small for the large amount of guests wanting to grab breakfast. Only 1 syrup bottle so you had to search tables to see who had it on their table.

Great nights sleep, but eat breakfast elsewhere.

We were given a free upgraded. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The breakfast was great and the woman working that room was amazing ! Big smile and good morning to all. Kept that room spotless! You could tell she had pride in her work. The woman who worked the desk in the evenings was also wonderful! Pleasant ! Accommodating !

The room set up, there where no closet, as soon you open the door there is shelves to hang clothes no doors or compartición, right after the sink and coffee mashing on top of the slnk counter with no space for anything that’s on the right hand, on the left hand side a door for the shower and toilet, !! Horrible room layout.

I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was exceptional - the front desk, the cleaning crew, the breakfast staff, EVERYONE!
