The bed was comfortable and only stayed 1 night

Location

Needs major updates. Carpet is awful stained and dirty. No elevator and we were on 3rd floor. Wouldn’t have been so bed except for the narrow spiral staircase appliances old and yuck

checked out early

friendly staff.

Greatly deteriorated since my last stay here. room was musty smelling and not clean. Hair and dust on rug. corners and behind nightstand and bed filthy. The toilet didn’t flush unless I poured water in it. No smoking but lobby smelled of smoke.

Very Disappointed

Had free wifi

Does not have an elevator. Will from now on be sure to put that in my search. Would have thought a hotel with 3 floors would have one. The carpet is old and dirty. I did not take a shower. The shower head was small and did not put out much water. No space on the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Had to ask for the wifi password. Had to have help with the tv. Was told after the nationwide alert, that it messed up the cable. Was not convient to get to. Will not stay there again.

Had to wait 30 minutes before checking in because receptionist was not at desk

Disappointing

The large fridge and kitchen area

There was no one at the front desk most of the time. There was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway for almost an entire day blocking the door. Roach was crawling on our door.

It was adequate for the short term.

Its location was the most appealing thing. It was quiet and clean.

The place needs a facelift, carpet, paint. The place was clean. There was no housekeeping so it was difficult getting new towels. The breakfast was fair to poor.

Disappointing

updated bathroom, and room decor, ice cube trays, decent towels, great location to UK

the hallways reeked of smoke to the point it made me nauseated walking in and out which is interesting b/c it says the place is smoke free. The carpet on the spiral staircase and hallways is old and disgusting. The AC/heat would not go down from 82 thank goodness it was cold outside and I ran the fan 24/7 to drowned out all of the noise from doors slamming shut and people in the hallway. Not great when you work 3rd shift and have to sleep during the day. At one point is sounded like kids playing ball in the halls.

The rooms were nice and the staff for the most part were friendly

Found a roach crawled from under the microwave and was a little noisey at night and there are times there is no front desk staff available but all in all. A good place

we were given credit on bill to compensate for remote tv problem, etc

great location, clean--April at front desk was top notch and so helpful

tv remote did not work, heater did not work until unplugged and the plugged back in

No elevator, spiral staircase not easy to manage when carrying luggage. Floors in the bathroom were sticky.

Location was great only 7 minutes from where I was working.

Having an elevator inside would be great so you don't have to pull your luggage up the steps, and also serving some type of breakfast.

I can clearly say I liked the location because it was near Walmart, Kroger, restaurants, and gas stations.

I didn't like that this place didn't have an elevator. I had to walk up stairs to get to the lobby and my room, which was on the second floor. The front lobby had a 10pm curfew so if "anything" went wrong you had to call some number to get help. There was an aroma of weed in the lobby...I don't smoke so I picked up on it very quickly. Lastly my room wasn't that clean. I bought disinfectant wipes and spray to re-clean my room. I wished I had a mop to clean the floors because they were filthy 😔. My grandkids were with me and they walked around without their shoes on and their feet were filthy within an hour. I will not book this place again 😒

staff was friendly… however called for a min extra blanket 3 times and asked housekeeping personally as well. never received the blanket. always crap piled up in the hallway…

everything was clean and up to standard. staff was very welcoming and open

the lobby and entrance reeked of stale cigarettes and smoking. This is very apparent to non smokers or those allergic to that. I wish there was a way to let people know of any know environmental allergies such as cats etc when booking a room. i didnt realize animals could stay in the room. This is not the facility fault. it was mine. I am highly allergic to cats and luckily had a room that never seemed to have one.

Excellent value - simple, clean, convenient, friendly!

My stay was excellent! Great check in, friendly receptionists, clean, and I liked the grab and go breakfast. Excellent value for money. I travel around the world and this place was very easy and convenient. Only thing I’d change is having a ramp to roll suitcases up as well as a ramp in the lobby. I saw a lift outside but would have preferred a ramp. Than than that, it was great!
