Conforme aux attentes

Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle à l'américaine. Piscine plutôt grande et agréable. Personnel très aimable. Petit déjeuner plutôt au dessus de la moyenne des buffets de 'Inn'.

L'ensemble pourrait mériter un rafraîchissement.

We were comfortable and safe.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and cordial. The area was quiet. All very pleasant.

Very good

Check in was super smooth sailing & I cannot remember the guys name but he was super friendly (evening shift)! Parking was almost full & he offered to move his car if we couldn’t find a spot near our room. Rooms/beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the whole dining area was kept super clean.

The restroom was very small/kinda hard to get around. Shower head was huge and kind of overwhelming, hardly any room to not get wet in the shower.

OK motel with pool

Stayed 1 night to get off the road during a long trip. Chose this as it had a pool and kids wanted a swim and splash having been stuck in the car for 9 hours. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was more than a continental as advertised. It was a full breakfast!

Opened our room and fridge open with dirty rags hanging out and dirty towels in corner. Everything else was made up in the room. It was clear that they defrosted the fridge (as it was also unplugged and dresser it was in moved diagonal) and housekeeping forgot to pick up rags. The floor was also not mopped as I stepped in something sticky and in more than one spot! Everything else in room was very good! Not a complainer...room was great just needed to be touched up.

A good, central place to stay!

Very pleased with this place. It was a last minute booking when I realised the other place I had booked was in a small town in Utah on a Sunday night! Good location with just a short walk to some good bars and US standard food. Good value for money. Can recommend. Plenty of parking.

It was adequate and I might consider staying there again if I got one of the newer nicer rooms

Breakfast was quite good. Lots of choices and the breakfast room was large enough to be comfortable

Pool and spa not working. Noisy neighbors. The room and especially bathroom were quite small

Wouldn't go back because of the facilities themselves.

The people at the front desk were very professional, helpful, and kind.

While the room looked clean, there was something left behind by a previous guest that made one realize they didn't clean thoroughly. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The facility is very old.

Exceptional

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and not far from Mesa Verde National Park. Good room, nice breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again.

My family was bummed to learn that the pool was out of service, but it was still a good stay.

Large room with 3 beds was perfect for our family. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Was decently close to the interstate.

Nothing to complain about, had some of the issues that older hotels have but that's perfectly acceptable.

Welcoming, quiet and clean!

Selena D, you night auditor was amazing. Friendly, courteous and helpful. She gave us a room that perfectly located for my disabled wife. Then showed us where to park to make entry and exit easy given my wife's stroke and her challenges. In today's environment it's rare to get genuine and exceptional service. Side note - the breakfast was excellent. The next time we travel to and from Texas we know where we are staying! Thank you - Jerry and Heather Hoyt

The bathroom only had a fan and light that where together, a separate light only would be nice, mainly for the adjacent room benefit. Late night bathroom visits are loud when they could be quiet.

without the noise issue this could have been a much better stay. Staff complacency drove this review.

price was great, convenient

Basically there was a party going on in the parking lot and outside a unit…loud music and conversation . Guests told them to turn it done but nothing done by staff. When I notified the front desk they asked if I wanted them to tell them to quiet down! yes…it was well after 10! They did nothing . If you need wifi, don’t count on it. Could pick up about 8 networks, but not the motels until early in the morning. Was told they knew it was poor and looking for a new provider..

The hotel was good. However, internet did not work.

Room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom had the shower, sink and toiilet. It would be more practical to have the sink separate outside of the shower and toilet.

Very disturbing!!

The breakfast was good!

Our room smelled so bad. Told the front office so they had us change rooms but the other room smelled just as bad!! We had to burn candles all night to be able to be in the room! The picture on the website showed a beautiful pool but the pool had yellow/brown water and was half empty! It was way too much money for such a sleazy motel room!!

Waited over 1 hr for manager to arrive to unlock gift shop. Never showed. Very disappointed.

It worked out good but the prices are very high for a bed and shower.

Breakfast was very GOOD. Worker was excellent and very nice and willing to make every food wish happen!!

Room smelled wet and moldy after the rain!!
