Great, comfortable stay!

Friendly staff, family friendly and clean Great breakfast and coffee/tea available throughout our stay

Fire alarm went off and had to evacuate hotel. But it all worked out

Mediocre at best. Place is being updated. So hopefully that helps.

The maintenance helper was very nice. And helpful.

The floors were dirty and sticky. Had to have them cleaned. We had no hairdryer in the room. Toiletries were not really there, except for filled containers on the shower wall.

It was overall a good stay

The staff was greet and the breakfast was good.

I thought we would have a complete kitchen. It's a small room I know but where you have the microwave placed, I would install a small kitchen cabinet over the counter for basic utensils and a couple of plates and cups. And a single electric stove a small one. Also the sofa mattress felt thin and worn might needs replacement.

Our stay at Hyatt Mystic was friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast selections was great. Made our day we didn't have to go searching for a place to eat breakfast. Our room was a very welcoming place to unwind and get some sleep

. We didn't care for the barking dogs in a nearby room and the room doors are quite loud when they get shut

Fantastisch hotel

De kamer was ruim en had bijna alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. Op degene die ons incheckte na, was iedereen supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, en alles was op korte loopafstand van het hotel. Olde Mystick Village was nog geen 5 minuten lopen, het aquarium ongeveer 8 minuten en Downtown historic Mystic hebben we in een klein half uurtje gelopen. Seaport was op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen, dus perfecte locatie om alles te zien en te doen.

Dat er geen waterkoker was, als je op de kamer thee wilt maken moet dit via een koffieapparaatje dat eigenlijk werkt op pads en er komt dan amper een straal water uit waardoor je eindeloos moet wachten tot je beker gevuld is.

Welcoming staff. Amazing updated room.

Elevator interior dirty and banged up but likely due to the renovation. Should have a note in the elevator indicating this.

Will stay again once updated/renovated.

Breakfast was tasty and easy to navigate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Facility was clean.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Pillows were flat. Stains and tears on the bedding (but staff replaced them at our request). Room and bathroom were tight and difficult to move around inside. Placement of the heater had one side of the room chilly and the other side sweltering.

Fit my needs

Location- had to make a last minute unplanned trip to Mystic for a family emergency. Needed a place to sleep after a long emotional day. I really didn’t pay attention to anything by the time I arrived, Front desk agent was super sweet.

Great convenient home away from home feeling place to stay.

Hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were like old friends. Exceptionally pleasant helpful and fun to talk to. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Lovely sitting area outside to enjoy. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. We had cocktails at the bar in the evening. Even if we hadn't taken advantage of the local attractions, we would have enjoyed our stay. The location was quite convenient to all we wished to do. The convenience of fridge microwave and wet bar area was great

Only one comment. There should be outlets and charging ports on both sides of the bed. Otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.

The outdoor pool was great! Also, the hotel is very close to all sights— Olde Mistik Village, the aquarium, and Downtown Mystic. The room was quite large, and my kids loved that we could chrome-cast movies to the TV right from our phone.

The bathroom is dimly lit and small.

The room was a good size and a comfortable bed. I had an outdoor pool which was nice.

It was good. Not fabulous but fine for what we needed. Cost too much . Almost 400 a night with taxes.

It was easy to come and go. Rooms were nice. Comfortable bed. Nice poool.

It was family oriented which is fine but we are an older couple. Too much noise at the pool and couldn’t really relax. The couch looked nice, but not very comfy.

Good but not really worth the price.

The location was good and the property itself seemed like it could be nice. The breakfast had good options. There were water and towels in the workout room.

It’s outdated. The bathroom is right next to the bed and tiny. I’m not a large person and it felt small to me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for a larger person to have to smush into there. The room was clean but not CLEAN which means their cleaning crew is likely understaffed, poor them. I stayed at the Hampton Inn a couple of times in Mystic and the Hilton and the rooms were immaculate. And the cost was essentially the same as the Hyatt.

Perfect location. The bathroom was spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware pets were allowed in the hotel, but apparently they are.

T he fridge had some stains in it and the pillows had a few orange stains on them. There was also not a nice smell, kind of like dog when we first walked in but it went away after a little while.

The room is big and quiet

I booked a double room with double beds at first. But they finally gave me a king room with one bed. They said already full booking, and a big crowd would arrive at the late night. However, I didn’t see any signs of this. I just feel like they don’t want to give us the double room because there were many empty rooms back then. Why not who come who first? We went there early, just a few cars parked there.
