If you are looking for a country house with swimming pool, near the beach, located in an excellent environment of peace and tranquility in the countryside and has every detail carefully, Mas Cal Agusti is your ideal place.
Cal Agustí farmhouse is located in a privileged area in the Natural Park Montnegre, surrounded by lush forests and vineyards and just 10 minutes from the magnificent beach of Blanes (Costa Brava).
The spectacular ancient stone farmhouse with wood beams has an area of 400 m2 with capacity for 10 people on a farm of 11 hectares, with a large swimming pool, Vineyards, garden, cellar and own forest. Cal Agustí farmhouse is equipped with heating, air conditioning and free wifi.
The interior of the house offers four suites with full bath and a super suite with bathroom with jacuzzi, dressing room and private mini-kitchen for breakfast. The house has a splendid and cozy lounge with a large fireplace with TV area, your local talk show and music area. The dining room has an original antique wooden table and leather sofas wingback located opposite another stone fireplace. The kitchen is large with wooden furniture and fully equipped. The farmhouse also has an office and two guest toilets.
Outside, on the one hand we can find the spectacular 14m pool surrounded by lawns and vineyards complemented with a cozy porch. On the other hand, there is a magnificent porch with sofa area for social gathering and outside dining area under a wrought iron canopy offers stunning views to the farm, overlooking the town of Blanes and Montnegre Natural Park. In another area outside of the house the garden, the pine forest and swamp behind the house a cozy quiet area with a stone table lie to rest beside the trees.
You will discover that it is possible to merge luxury haven of peace, pure nature and all within walking distance of the sand and sea. Mas Cal Agusti is unique! You will definitely fall in love!

Superbe propriété, excellent séjour

La propriété est vraiment fantastique, au milieu de la pinède, il y a de l'espace et tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Christopher est vraiment sympathique et parle plusieurs langues, il est au petit soin pour ses hôtes. La mer et ses belles plages de Blanes ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres. Seul le village de TORDERA et les alentours manquent de saveur.

Un havre de paix dans écrin de verdure

Un mas typiquement catalan avec beaucoup de cachet et aménagé avec soin et goût ou règne une propreté extrême. A 60 km de Barcelone, parfait emplacement pour découvrir la ville et l'arrière pays et se ressourcer dans une maison où s'articule la vie à plusieurs sans se gêner mais où l'on se retrouve dans un environnement convivial et cocooning. Le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à la Cal Agusti entre amis. La maison, les extérieurs et la piscine sont encore plus grands et spacieux que ce que l’on imaginait d’après l’annonce. Tout était fait pour notre confort avec très bon équipement parfaitement adapté pour 10 personnes, très bonne literie... et un grand merci à Christopher pour son accueil et ses conseils.

We had a truly relaxing and very enjoyable stay at Masia Cal Agusti and felt very welcomed by our host Christopher who showed us around his home. Christopher was always at the end of the phone when we needed him and provided us with excellent suggestions for beaches and places to eat out. In addition, Christopher alerted us to problems at Barcelona airport before our departure which was helpful. The accommodation was spacious, very well equipped and comfortable and perfect for our group of nine adults. The indoor and outdoor facilities are first class. The pool was clean and the gardens immaculate and we were pleasantly surprised to receive fresh produce from the garden. I have no hesitation in recommending Masia Cal Agusti to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a beautiful home in this part of Spain.

Great villa for families but toddlers might struggle with the many steps. My Grandson fell on them once or twice. Banged his head on the floor tiles after a tumble but ok thank goodness. Beautiful outside space to eat and play cards and drink the wine that Christopher kindly left us. 🍷 The villa is great, brilliant pool fabulous garden produce, the area is quiet and a car is needed. The little town is ok but a drive to the coast where there are bars shops restaurants and water park if the fab villa pool isn’t enough. The garden and grounds are peaceful and to hear the owls at night was so lovely. Santa Suzanna is my choice for shopping and eating. Malgrat de Mar is a bit tacky. Overall a good time was had by all. 😊
