Fire alarm 🤬

Fire alarm constantly going off at all times of day/night. 11p, 12a, 1a, 2a, 3a & 4am. Honestly a deal breaker for me despite my room being comfortable. I did have to be moved to another room upon arrival as the tv didn't work, seemed like it was on its last. Overall, I doubt I'll be returning after my stay is over, fire alarm is just too much. You can't rest here, it's happening as I type this review

Would not come back

This hotel was right off the highway and was convenient. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful.

The room was not very clean. The bed/sheets looked ok, but the window screen was all ripped and broken and the drapes were FILTHY! The toilet was also not cleaned well and was wobbly. It had divets in the ceramic and just looked like it had been there for many years.

Breakfast was good and the lobby area was nice and spacious.

Room was not very clean. We rented two rooms and both were below average for cleanliness. One room had no toilet paper.

The night clerk was not helpful and a real jerk ....I arrived and was immediately told that my card would be charged a hundred extra dollar deposit because I was using cash and so I asked him to take it off because I booked thru booking .com...he immediately got defensive and said well you will have to stay somewhere else then...and I asked him since he is cancelling the booking I'm not paying for anything and my card better not be hit ...well I never found a place to stay and the hotel hit my card for not only the 80 dollars for the toom but the deposit as well!!!! This isn't a good way of running a business and I will never stay in that hotel again...now I'm out 180 bucks for nothing and they said it will be on there in at least 7-10 days still no show and it's been 11 days I wish someone would call me and fix this issue cause I just got off phone and they said it looks as if the money has vanished like I never paid...I paid but the next day after they took it off my card...I want my money back and I would like a free 3 days at super 8 east ridge jacuzzi room because now I'm pissed and I am gonna get to the bottom of this

We arrived at 9pm and air conditioning fan was blowing cold air into room and it took most of the night to warm the place up the temp outside was 22 degrees

Worst stay in four years. Never again. I'll sleep in my car and save $100.00!

Tell me up front that there is a pet fee of $20, not buried in small print on some bottom page, where Quality Inn and Booking.com know I won't look. That is why each has agreed to put it there, in the first place. This practice is sneaky at best, fraudulent at worst. The fee amount it ridiculous. Done with Quality INN. Forever. I asked for a quite room. Two doors down there was a crying baby. Next room over, with an adjoinint hollow door, was an arguing man and his girlfriend/wife. Twice I called. Don't know if any action was taken. Not quite at all as I had requested in writing.

The room was nice and clean, beds were very comfortable, nice convenient location to highway

Hot Breakfast was included, 6am to 9am. Came down for breakfast at 6:40 and it was not ready, only cereal and muffins, coffee and juice/fruit was set out

The workers were nice.

The workers were nice. But overall the place was kinda dumpy. The hallway and room had a really bad smell. I think the ac was leaking or something.. the room has like moisture in the air and on the carpet and bed. The only reason we didn’t leave was it was midnight we had been driving for many hours and just needed to rest our heads for a couple hours. The food orange juice lacked flavor the cereal was stale. Overall very dissatisfied with the place.

Will not stay there again

Location was good

The breakfast closed at 9:00, except for coffee. The dining area was nasty, tables and floors covered in food. Our room was for three people, only had two wash clothes. The elevator was dirty and the exterior had weeds and grass growing over sidewalks going into the exterior doors.

Not worth the money I paid for room

3 lamps in room were unplugged. Breakfast was poor. No fruit, no yogurt, cold burrito-no thanks. All restaurants are fully open in the area. Hotel should be serving regular breakfast by now. Stayed in hotel in December and the room rate was double what I paid last time.

This was overpriced for being a dirty hotel.

The property has good access from the highway and the staff was friendly.

The room was not clean. The bathroom seemed like it had not been cleaned since the previous guests and smelled of mold. The “breakfast” is a lunch bag with a stale muffin, granola bar, and microwave sandwich. The beds are rock hard.
