Bad hotel

The staff was friendly

The hotel is old the carpet was dirty and smelly the rooms was not fresh the room was dark i was on the third floor so i had to go to the second floor to get ice and use the vending machine the third floor had nothing they need to close down and remodel i will never stay there again and the elevators work dirty inside It was nothing pleasant about this hotel stay for me. I am just wondering how you change the hotel name but not the hotel itself. I had to keep my air conditioner on the whole entire time just to keep the smell down in the room from the carpets. I felt like I was in the twilight zone

It was a relatively dry place to sleep for a few hours.

The breakfast was okay considering it was included with room. The front desk lady was very polite and accommodating.

The room was very beat up - literally. Someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door and they fixed it with duct tape and wood filler, which was falling off. It was also delaminating at the bottom due to water damage from the tub, causing the door not to close shut. It’s a hollow core door that would cost about $30 to replace. Water was leaking around the top of the window and puddling on the sill over the air conditioner. We tried mopping it up but it just kept coming in. This made the room smell musty / moldy like a damp basement. The sheets looked unwashed with stains and debris / hair still on them. Apparently the hotel was fully occupied so we knew there was nowhere else to switch to. It was only a one night stay so we slept over the covers and left first thing in the morning. I think some are trying here but the facilities desperately need an update / repair.

It was someplace to sleep for one night, but if there are other options I would use those.

The staff was pleasant and professional

The facility is run down, the room was visibly unclean (stains on the lampshades and blankets). The bathroom in my room had water damage along the baseboards, with a section missing; there was a large hole in the bathroom door that was barely taped over with duct tape and then painted over.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Decent breakfast as well. The pool was a very nice amenity.

Just the location but still comfortable. Convenient if you need to quick shop. It's in walking distance.

they shut the elevators down at night time and never open them back up until late morning, which is a bunch of BS you put towels out in front of your room and you never got no new towels every single day we had to go down and get new towels they never clean the room and the place smelled of marijuana .

Exceptional

The front desk staff were very polite and gave us needed information about breakfast, coffee, and facilities. The room was clean and complimentary soap was available. There were plenty of clean towels. The room was cool and easy to adjust in both areas. Wifi was easy to get going and the TVs were just the right size with cable provided.

Terrible

I couldn’t check in till closed to 5 that evening after being so tired . I was on the second floor and the elevator wasn’t working. ice machine didn’t work on my floor. Two workers was on their knees cleaning the carpet passed 10 pm . I was very very disappointed!!!!!!!

We did not stay at the hotel. When we arrived, I gave my name they pulled me up and then I was told they had overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available. I asked if they could transfer me to a different hotel and the lady said they could not do that. It was a horrible experience, the lady did not even apologize or was willing to work with us. We had to figure out at 9pm where we were going to stay.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant

Our TV didn't work had to contact front desk twice and was not fixed. Gave me a work around that was annoying to say the least. We did not have a smoke detector in the room. Wires were there but no detector. Front desk said she would request a request we be compensated for the tv. Did not happen

All in all, there were some issues, but I will book there again because it's the cleanest hotel

Room was clean and breakfast was great!

Front desk was a bit iffy..... There were two women that made us feel so welcome! The lady that worked Friday night and Sunday morning refused to give us towels or toilet paper and was very rude.

The rates are always good in our opinion. The hotel always looks clean and the breakfast is great.

We really don't like having to wait to check in after long drive. There is different staff and they aren't all cordial, too preoccupied during check in. We also don't like the door for adjoining rooms. When we first started staying there things were much better, now I feel like we get thrown into any room because we aren't local guest.

This is probably one of the better budget hotels in the area.

Breakfast was sufficient, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, mini muffins and drinks. This place is fine for the price. It checks the boxes for a decent place to stay when on a budget. It's in need of some repair, but our room was clean, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff are awesome and the hotel itself was clean. The lady working the breakfast buffet, kept it well supplied and all the tables where clean. This isn't as nice as the Hampton, or Fairfield, but at close to a third of the cost, it's a good alternative.

Uneven floor in room, ceiling finish coming down. The color scheme is in need of an update.

The rooms were comfy and staff very helpful but the booking through booking.com was not fluid.

My family enjoyed the continental breakfast, we were able to feed a family of seven. The ice machine and check in at 3pm is helpful coming to town. The price was a good deal.

One of our room was not on my reservation with Booking.com. The hotel graciously found a room for us but we had to book through them. The booking.com site sent me a receipt of two rooms but the hotel said that wasn't possible because it would be two separate reservations. When both rooms were not successfuly booked for the weekend, I ended up spending more money with the hotel's flat rate. That was frustrating.
