Good overall !

Clean, nice staff!

Door key didn’t work several times and we were on the 4 th floor. Breakfast not great, no hard boiled eggs or individual yogurts only bananas for fruit! Could be a bit better.

It was a very clean friendly hotel.

The location was not the best.

Kinda jammed in--the hotel as well as the suite. Naugahyde furniture has to go. Needs an updated look.

Great place to stay for families with kids. Would stay again!

No extra charges for parking or breakfast. I also liked the size of the room. The beds looked comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The staff was courteous and friendly.

The mattress of the pull out sofa was thin, and you could feel the springs. Also, the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

For the price, we should have had bacon, sausage, real eggs, grits, potatoes, biscuits/gravy…. But the lady running

Weird parking setup/too close to front of building/curbing is too tight for larger vehicles Remotes in the room didn’t turn tv on or off/ tried THREE!!! Spectrum had nothing anyone would want to watch. Get Verizon FiOS or Xfinity Cable or Direct TV The rates were ridiculously high. Just because OTHER people were coming back to school, going to games at the precious U of GA, we Were NOT! Two nights at $423! Ridiculous! Walls are too thin! We heard everything going on in the room beside us. There was no room service done to our room and we did not have DND on our door. Two people in a room and you only put amenities for one???!!!!! If you have two people in the room and you’re not going to clean it up, there should be double the bath linens!!! Drying your hair with the same towel you dry your body with for two days??!!! That sliver of soap was to be used for hand washing and bathing for two people… smh…. One small sampler of shampoo….

Terrible. We had an extremely restless night.

The staff was very courteous and professional.

We've stayed at this facility a couple of times a few years back and everything was wonderful. However, our August 3rd-4th stay was disappointing. The mattress was worn out and squeaky. The floors/carpet was filthy; especially near the microwave and refrigerator. We occupied room 407.

My stay was overall pleasant. Besides the occasional running down the hall by some kids on the floor

I liked the fact the a/c worked miraculously!! Considering we were on the top floor & it was 102 degrees outside. That a/c blew like a champ

My husband is a cigarette smoker, & sometimes the smoke is imbedded into his clothes.. we know that no smoking is allowed so we would never jeopardize our stay, but we were accused of smoking in the room because they said “someone “ smelled it in the hall. I didn’t appreciate that because we weren’t asked, it’s like we were told that, that was what we did. Profiling at its best

I wish my asthma would have been taken into consideration.

Great location

Someone was allowed to smoke and our whole hall smelled VERY bad. I have asthma and triggered it. I also asked to change my pillows/bedding because I am allergic to feathers/down. There were no feather free bedding supplies available so I was up half the night.

Suite room was great, breakfast disappointing.

Enjoyed the Suite room where the living room/TV was separate from the bedroom. It was a bonus to have 2 tv's. Some guest noise that lasted about an hour at midnight in the hallway. I should have complained, but did not.

The breakfast was not up to par compared to other free breakfast at other hotels. Very disappointed. A big container of yogurt we must serve into individual bowls. Isn't single yogurt packs more sanitary. It may be more expensive. No fruit until the last day we had bananas. Just Toast. No bagels or english muffins.

The pool was nice. The beds were very comfortable. We didnt get to enjoy alot of amenities because we checked in late and checked out early

Hot tub is featured in the website and there is not one. A later than 12 check out would have been helpful

The price is a lot better than some of the hotels around. It has an indoor pool but online it does still show that there was a hot tub which there is not.

I didn't like that the rooms lighting is not bright it's very dark in the rooms. I also didn't like when you went down for breakfast the staff in charge of it stared at you. I also didn't like that you had to get someone to let you into the pool room due to the fact that the lock was broken sometimes she had to wait a while.
