Too expensive

Location good next to the main road and plenty of places to eat. Also coffee and coffee maker in the room but not enough coffee for a family of 4. Strong hot shower.

Musty smell and stains on the carpet. Crooked sink like the ones in Mexico where the sink is not attached to the wall enough. Cable tv did not work. Slow front desk.

location and staff very friendly and clean

when we arrived they did not have the room we were expecting to be in and the room we got had a bad smell to find out the carpet in entrance in room was soaking wet from dishwasher flood and beds to small for a couple to sleep in too crowded. They made right by putting us in a different room for second night.

We were pleased with our stay at CandleWood.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast

We wish that our room would have had a little more vanity space in the bathroom. Perhaps the reason was (and I’m guessing) it was designed as a handicapped room but fortunately neither of us are impaired.

no fenced area for the dogs to have a small area to run. the refrigerator made a god-awful loud noise when it cut off. sounded like someone banging on the door. woke me up several times a night

Housekeeping was not keeping up with daily services. In my 4 night stay they did not come to take trash out or leave fresh towels.

About what we expected for the money$$$

Good value

Missed a little breakfast Never like to pay for pets while kids stay free. We used to tip cleaning pretty heavy. Now expect hotel to pay them the pet fee. The pet ‘grounds’ was tiny and on a hill. I had trouble standing. My old pet did too. Local tv channels were not offered.

Staff were very nice and friendly Room was comfortable , kitchen was nice

The walls to room are super thin , I could actually hear on the ceiling where the guest were walking upstairs.I was on 1st floor.There was an extremely amount of people making alot of noise right outside my room in the hallway. I don't know if it was staff members or guest but this occured all night I couldn't sleep...there was also a loud dog barking all night sounded like a big dog because it was a deep bark ....I has traveling along distance and just wanted a good nights rest to continue my traveling the next day but that didn't happen

The staff was very nice and the property is right next to an Olive Garden.

I liked the size of the room and the location. I really liked that you could do your laundry for free. I was able to catch up on my laundry after being on the road for 5 days.

The elevator was not working. I had a lot of stuff to unload and, I had to carry my dog up and down the stairs because she has arthritis.

I like the hotel, very comfortable. I like the area is close to a bank, restaurant, coffee place. You have everything close. A mall, car wash, gas station, etc

It did the job for one night but I wouldn’t stay a second.

The hotel was located near where we needed to be which was helpful, and the receptionist was very nice.

Good thing we were near our destination because we had to fight for every minute of sleep. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Anytime we adjusted ourselves, it creaked and was overall uncomfortable.

We didn't stay the 2nd night that we paid for.

Liked the kitchen and bath faciities. The lady at the front desk was very helpful showing us how to work the TV.

Uncomfortable, lumpy bed, situated 6 inches from the wall on one side and about 3 feet from the wall on the other side making it hard for one person to get in without stumbling - bed should have been centered along the wall making access equal on both sides. Also there was only one bed-side table.
