Not as great as I hoped

Size of room

The facility itself is good. Exercise room not great. Treadmill, elliptical and seated bike. Nothing else and there is room for more. Breakfast was not breakfast. Muffins and nothing else. Went down one morning around 8:30 and there was nothing left except coffee. In my room the bathroom was missing a cover. The door was falling off the hinges, you had to lift up the door to close it. The pool was nice but they have big safety issue. There are wasps nest all over the pool. We counted a minimum of 7 nests. One end of the pool they were swarming. When you have young children playing in the pool this is an issue. They really need to get up there and remove all the nests. The bathroom sink had a leak. I returned to the room at 8pm. Called the front desk and no answer. I waited and called again and no answer. The next day I called again and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one returned to the phone. Also according to the front desk here is only one way in or out of the hotel. So for instance if you go out to the pool, you are basically locked out of the hotel because there is no card access to re-enter the hotel. You have to walk around to the front of the hotel main entrance and open the door to let patrons back into the hotel.

Disappointing

The staff was great and the location was perfect for us.

3hrs before check-in we got called to tell us our room was no longer available and we would have to take a smaller room or find a new hotel. Our reservation had been made months in advance making it difficult to understand how the room was suddenly "unavailable" The room above us was disruptive and had a party until 3 am one night. Despite multiple complaints and a promise they would be told to leave they remained and every night/very early morning there was loud stomping/banging coming from the same room.

glad to have a place a stay but glad to move to another hotel.

the people and the location.

the entire first floor (bottom floor) and our room smelled horrible. the third floor smelled great. the hide a bed was overly uncomfortable. there was even a stain in the tub that looked like blood.

Stay far away from this place staff was great but the place was a nightmare. No towels no heat no soap in room chairs were filthy you could see the nastiness on them smdh rooms are old bed was hard didn’t sleep well at all. Never ever again will I stay here. House keeping need to clean and sanitize more often place is contaminated.

Do not stay here! Nasty!

This hotel is in a central location. Close to a lot of things and we'll lit outside.

These rooms are horrible! Nasty to be exact! The bathtub has a mold ring around the bottom, everything is peeling in the bathtub and bathroom. Paint thrown all over the door nobs and a host of many other NASTY things. I took pictures as well. I didet the front desk know and they didn't seem interested. No ice maker, though it says there is. Main elevators did not work and they stated they had a part on order. Service elevator worked but had to be used by the entire hotel, including their staff. Beds are very, very hard!

I had the best stay here. Everyone including the long term residents were wonderful.

The room was so spacious as well as comfortable. The kitchenette was an added bonus. I appreciated the desk to work at. Everyone that works here is amazing, from the receptionists to the people cleaning the rooms. Very kind, always smiling and offering assistance. I had my two cattle dogs with me and everyone made me feel right at home, including my dogs. I appreciated the dog area outside.

The breakfast selection was small and limited. Mostly sugary snacks items like muffins. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruits, maybe yogurts, or some healthier items.

Overall I’ll give my stay a 6.5 :)

I liked how spacious the room was. The location was in a great spot, right near the mall and great food places to eat.

The water in the room were NOT hot at all! The dryers in the guest Laundry room weren’t working and needs a sign up. There are unpleasant smells coming in and out the building. I have been to many hotels for vacation and the times I have asked for a late check out never had I had to pay extra. But, I have asked the young lady to be checked out late, it’s a $7 extra fee :/

Very plain hotel, absolutely NO frills. Nice staff

Great location and staff was very friendly

The outside "security" door was broken. We had to take towels to the desk to exchange for new ones. No ice machine in the entire building.

Quick weekend group trip

We liked how spacious the rooms are. It was nice to have the pool to swim in when it was hot out. Once it gets late you can't access the hotel without a key card, which was nice for the extra security. Anything you needed, you just go down to the front desk. Parking was always available. They allow pets.

Upon check in we were informed that our room was given away, we originally booked a 2 bedroom suite to accommodate 7 people. So instead they gave us two rooms across from each other. Which was fine but we wanted to all be together. One of the rooms smelled awful and it was just very frustrating. One of the drink vending machines was broken and the other one available was empty. Since they allow pets they need to ensure that the hotel smells clean and fresh.

DISAPPOINTING, sure was not what the TV ad portrayed

Good location, size of accomodation

TV ad led one to believe the kitchen was fully stocked, not having to go to front desk, order what you needed, wait, and carry items back to room, Many thgings broken or needs attention in suite, never saw a maint. person in 4 days we were there. Even crash bar on exit door was broken and falling from door. Some exterior seating benches ir similar for those who enjoy exterior and smole. Answers to my ?:s, was that I booked thru a third party (booking.com)
