Will charge you for anything they possibly can.

It was ok. But don’t use over the allotted standard 4 towels they provide. They will charge you $15 per towel more. I should have taken them for that price. I was charged $30 for 2 extra towels.

Rip off.

Great room with plenty sleeping space and appliances

Our room had a washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, and big fridge. This was very valuable with 2 young kids. My daughter is in a wheelchair so the handicap parking spots right by the side doors was nice. Could use more of them though, only 1 per door. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

I didn't like the fact that booking.com did not book my room. Luckily when i arrived Americinn had an available roofer us. I had to pay more for this room than what booking.com promised. Then later booking.com charged me for the room and followed up with a lower credit.

Our stay was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the facility was very clean.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room could have been cleaned daily..ie beds made, trash emptied.

our room had bugs in both beds. had to move rooms and went from from a 2 queen room to a king room, putting 3 people in 1 bed. great job accommodating and getting a new room but still had to pay for a 2 queen room

the stay was good, booking the room was frustrating

nice and clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed

I was having trouble booking online so called the property. I was required to enter my credit card with my phone and it was not recognized. tried three times, three different ways and still no success. I was directed to the front desk and when I had to press a number to get there it was not recognized either. I eventually booked through an app which was cheaper than the quote I received at the property?

the suite we had was tiny, dirty, and smelled funny. it was not a suite, it was a room. No suite is that small!
