Requesting my $95.00 back and management keeps ignoring my req

I’m requesting my money back due to fire alarm going off at 3am in the morning. The manager was aware but refuses to refund my money. I didn’t sleep due to being frightened

Located right off the interstate

La atención, la.habitacion es espaciosa.El hotel tiene buenos servicios.

Muy ruidoso, no pude dormir, esta al lado de la autopista y el ruido de los autos es insoportable, deberían insonorizar las ventanas.Falta mejorar detalles, había cafetera en la habitación pero no cafe, el secador lo tuve que pedir..inmediatamente lo trajeron

The hotel staff was drugged up clearly high on drugs and once I canceled reservations accused me of having sex in the room that my partner and I were in for under 2 minutes. The room smelled and was dingy. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Loud, unsettling and will never ever stay there again.

Horrible situation as all I heard was the door to the building banging every 10 minutes and it was disturbing and very stressful. So much noise in the hallway and from that main door. Terrible!!!!

The property was updated but ultimately used to be a very very cheap nasty motel. Many things weren’t good.

It was an ok stay.

Everyone was nice. It is a comfortable place

My bathroom was dirty. You could see dried urine dripping down in the base of the toilet. Bathtub was stained and just dirty. There was a towel placed on top of the toilet so we didn’t know whether it was dirty or clean so we opted not to use anything in there. Luckily we had sandals and our own towels. Also, floors were not swept or mopped. Breakfast was quite unsanitary with everyone just grabbing anything with bare hands.

Very stressful and not worth the money that I have spent whatsoever. I wish I could get my money back!

The property manager with the dreads was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my family. She gave us a lot of attitude for no reason whatsoever. Then refused to let me pay for more nights. Afterwards she lied about how we left our room and got my mentally disabled uncle, my brother who has severe heart problems, my wife, my five year old daughter, and I kicked out of another hotel after we already paid for the rooms.

How its in a rare area. The staff was extremely nice. I like to stay at this hotel when I come into town

How the shower head was very molded. Which when the employees clean a bathroom they should ask themselves would they eat off the floor if need be..

Good

The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. There was no nasty carpet anywhere, it was all hardwood floors.

The facility was way too hot. We were unable to regulate the heating system to be able to sleep comfortably. The handicapped access was sadly lacking. The only way in or out for someone with mobility issues was through the lobby. All other exits had stairs to navigate.

Definitely not bad.. just a few adjustments needed

From the prior reviews, it was mentioned about the remodel to the property. The internal appearance(hallway) of the building was acceptable. The bed was exceptional.. very comfortable. So it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room itself was decent. The shower could've used more attention cleaning, and cosmetically. As the floor looked fifthly.. but when rubbed the stain just stayed. It needs repainted. The inside wall handle in the shower should've been replaced.. shower faucet as well. The light switch for the shower/toilet area should've been relocated on the outside wall, partition wall(divided between the sink, toilet) rather at it's awkward location. Towel caddy should've been more conveniently located near the shower rather over the toilet. They have possibly a 3 hour turnaround time from check out/in to clean. But honestly don't feel as that's enough time to adequately clean those rooms considering the number of guests that accommodate the facility. Adequate charging usb stations in the rooms would be highly recommended.. instead of having the receptacle on the lamps as the primary alternative to plug your phone into. My phone slowly charged, and not at it's full capacity. Overall besides the miner imperfections.. I would consider staying again in another room seeing how that would be cosmetic, and component necessity.

Although the hotel was updated, clean, and pretty. The area does not feel safe. I did not rest at all Because there was a person next to my room and police was called to scort him out. The 2 night stay was horrible.
