Substandard for the price and for what was advertised.

Location close to Princeton. Breakfast a joke horrible. Coffee almost water. Front desk not kind at all. Face like you are bothering them annoyed for having to leave the computer monitor to deal with a request: similar in almost all ESA locations.

The room was clean but old. The plant was dirty and old. The service was substandard. Parking was dirty and unsafe. Weird people lingering outside with loud music. Appliances were noisy at night. Lighting outside was creepy. Like a lowlife place. Horrible.

Comfortable stay, breakfast could be better.

The people at reception used to talk loudly, and that too many random conversations with colleagues that creates noise.

Very short but disappointed

The parking

I saw a small roach in the bathroom, elevator wasn’t working and i had to carry my 10 month baby up to the 3rd floor with all the bags. There was no hair dryer. They say breakfast included but in the morning they put out some packs of oat meal and a pack muffin.

Did not like the property

Staff miserable, smelly, juice machine broken, broken washers, no soap to wash clothes, no breakfast as promised. Could not wait to leave.

Staff just blah - no personality, not welcoming. No ice machine. Bed not comfortable.

Pleasant

Not great location as it was hard to walk to anything. But good if you have a car. Lots of space and equipment in rooms. Overall I felt comfortable staying here.

Noisy construction in the room next to me at night and in the morning one of the nights I was staying.

Poor customer service. Didn't feel welcome. 2 of 3 mornings breakfast was shut down before 10am.

Really nice to stay for business trip, but I have to say a front desk staff , she is really not friendly.

Good price for business trip; Simple breakfast; Location is easy to get.

Lots of bugs on the windowsill. Bathroom tap broke twice in two weeks.

unsatisfactory smoky heeby jeeby feeling the whole time I was there

the whole place smelled like an ashtray. I asked to change rooms because the 1st room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. the 2 Ms room was not any better and had bu has cigarette burns in the carpet. dirty stairwells microwave did not work (it was replaced) dated decor
