We had a good stay and would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. Gave clear directions.

Exterior needs work, driveway in bad shape, needs curb appeal. Hot breakfast would make this a better location.

Exceptional

The jacuzzi spa tub in the suite made it absolutely worth every penny. Was just what we needed to relax some muscle knots out.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Breakfast was very good.

Fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress during the night and could have used a couple more pillows.

A basic no fuss hotel.

The staff at Country Haven were all pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was very basic, but well stocked and the area clean.

The driveway and parking lot are in extreme need of repaving! And the room furnishings including carpet, bed linens etc, were pretty worn and outdated. In fact, I would guess the hotel has not been upgraded since it was built.

We got in a little late but staff was still friendly and informative.

The pillows were lacking, not comfortable at all. Could have used more towels, but didn't ask for any.

It was in the right location. Didn't have to change directions.

It was cool, so turned on the heat and the whole room smelled like someone had urinated on the heater, couldn't open window, sheets were so thin, you could read through them.

I was there for my uncle's funeral and the staff made the stay worse by stealing.

I liked that it was in Hillsborough.

The staff said the 6 pack of Mountain Dew and the M & Ms were opened so they had to throw them away but we had never opened them so the only way they would have been open is if they opened them. So they stole from us. The bed was so hard that I didn't make a dent in the mattress. I could barely walk the next day because my back was spasming so bad. It took me 3 days for the spasms from that night to go away.

It's the only motel in this town so it needs to be better

It was fine , no problem

Siding was coming off on the back side of the building. The bedding needs to be refurbished.

There was a note saying the hotel was not staffed at night. It was found under other papers on a table. How can that be. Continental breakfast was horrible.
