It got the job done to wash and sleep, but the amount of problems were kinda crazy.

The staff was nice and well thorough with the check in and check out process and easy to talk too. The AC worked extremely well.

They do not serve actual breakfast, like eggs and stuff, they only serve coffee, oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. There were bugs, cockroaches and bees, in our room, and the shower wouldn’t completely switch to shower. So the bath and shower were running at the same time, so the water pressure was terrible but it got the job done. Our keys stopped working at one point and so we went down to get them fixed and there was a sign saying that they would be right back. 1 hour and a half later a person finally came in, the last person must’ve silenced the phones because I was calling to see if anyone was in the office and no ringing was happening. Hallways smelt like pee and smoke.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the location is right next to Tanger Outlet.

I was in Rm 223 and the fridge was missing a handle, the ice maker did not work in the fridge and the water in the shower did not get hot it only got slighty warm.

I didn't get to stay even though my reservation was confirmed

My reservation was confirmed but when I tried to check in I was told I couldn't because my stay was one day and it would have to be 3 or more days. The clerk cancelled my reservation and I had to go find a hotel to stay in. I was 4 hours away from my home

There bed bugs. Place wasn’t cleaned. I would not recommend going there at all. It was a mess. Never going back, I have proof to.

Well toilet wouldn't flush...my sister went down they gave her a plunger...it worked then didn't work...no staff ever came up...dirty towels .. Dirty linen...room not swept...microwave rusty...would never stay there again

it didn’t make any since i told the staff at 4:30 that the ppl upstairs was too loud all night long i wasn’t able to get any rest

I had a confirmed reservation for two months. confirmed by the property and received email from the property. when I got there to check in for one night they said sorry we have a two night minimum. Why would they confirm a reservation knowing it was a one night stay and without saying anything until checking in and the say there is a two night minimum. Because they are horrible facility trying to get more money at checkin form customers knowing area is sold out. Never again will I or any family member of mine stay a one of your facilities.

Clean and comfortable but no digital connection at all. Read a book like some sort of caveman.

Room was clean, well appointed if a bit dated.

Poor cellular connection. Bad wi-fi signal, couldn’t connect. Digital tv stopped worked after a while.

Was a very clean and pleasant stay.

Very great location to family and beach. Room was very clean, spacious and met all expectations. Staff was friendly.

Getting to room and key didn't work. Had to walk back to front desk after bringing on all my bags.
