Stopover on route to The Falls

Location and comfort also easy parking.

Starbucks unavailable as was the restaurant. The weather! Nothing to do with the hotel - first time they'd had rain in months!

Great stay overall

The chef did not come to work so there was no breakfast served.

They should have sent us to a cafe / breakfast restaurant close by — since no breakfast was served.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the location, the room, and the staff.

The staff was kind and the rooms were very comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom doesn't seem to work. We changed rooms at the suggestion of the kind staff and it seems that it's just the way the fans in the bathrooms are. They don't have an option to turn a fan on.

Very nice stay. Front desk was very nice and happy .

Very nice and located near center

Parking was the only downside. Not terrible by any standards though. Just because it’s more city centered so you park in front trying to be away from traffic and get your bags in and check in . Then drive around in a circle to get to the lot next to the hotel .

Nice stay, very accommodating front desk staff and great location. Would have been nice if breakfast were included.

Great location next to the parking garage and the Ithaca Commons. Very convenient!

A little run-down in the rooms. Could have used a paint touch up on the doors etc. The sink did not drain properly.

Very uncomfortable stay

The only good thing was its location as it was close to where I needed to go

The fridge wasn’t clean and had bad leftovers from the person before me and made the whole room smell bad. The microwave wasn’t clean either. The pillows weren’t comfy. I paid to get breakfast but the I was denied to sit in the breakfast hall for sone reason god knows why even that couple of tables were empty. I asked for a refund for the breakfast the front desk said they will buy eventually they didn’t. Every thing in this hotel is bad and it is not worth the price and I will never recommend it to anyone

All in all my stay was great! Location is ideal and close to many amenities, and very walkable

Good quality hotel at the center of Ithaca.

Very central, at walking distance of the city center with the restaurants and shops. Good price/value breakfast. Free parking place right next to the hotel.

Décoration a little “dry”. Could benefit from a little more warmth.

Room had issues with the ac which kept us up most of the night. I did not receive a reduction or credit. Was fully charged for the night.

The location is great, and the staff is friendly

One the worst hotels in terms of a price/value ratio. You pay like $650 a day, and you have to ask about cleaning and water. Cleaners can make your bed and don't empty trash bins and don't give you shampoo and conditioner. Breakfasts are poor. Finally, water temperature can change during washing, burning you.

After a day of college move-out, this hotel offered comfort, convenience and cleanliness; spacious rooms, quiet environment and in the heart of Ithaca. Also noted: exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Very disappointed

Clean facility, appears to be recently renovated. Friendly front desk staff

The wall is extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors laughing at 2am and their alarm at 6am. It is extremely frustrating and difficult to get a restful sleep. The breakfast staff is fairly absent. The hotel is out of body lotion. A few receptacles don't work near the bed and half of the bed lamp will not turn on.

Really enjoyed our time, great way to relax and get away

Loved the hot tub, comfy bed, staff was great. Just misunderstanding of bill, was told different of payment and not expecting that much, but was worth the stay. Glad Kilpatrick was connected and was very delicious. The breakfast was very good as well.

Just bill and being told over the phone by staff one lower amount and then getting higher bill, but it's ok, was worth the stay.
