Disgusting and full of bugs

Hotel was very nasty and unkept, there were roaches as well as other bugs in the room and the staff was really rude with no customer service skills. A refund was denied once staff was informed of the nastiness of the hotel and that we were not staying in a bug infested room as well as they refused to give us a new room.

Good location. Courteous employees.

Had to wait a while for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. My key card didn't work but it was fixed and the lady was apologetic. Lots of noise all night with sketchy looking people hanging around.

property was great

the staff tried to make us pay for damages that were there when we came. they beat down our door trying to get 100$ out of us and then tried to make us leave when we said no we weren’t paying for damages that we didn’t do..

We got a night in this hotel because it was the closest to Scarborough. There is a McDonald's and a Sonic really close.

Good location, comfy bed, clean room, free wifi, attentive staff.

They put the desk on a wall with no outlets, half the outlets didnt work.

Cool and very loud

The room was big, clean and cool!

The interstate noise was so loud with all the 18 wheeler trucks going by that we could not sleep. The rooms face the interstate so you could not overcome the noise to rest. Also there was someone working above our room on the third floor and he must have had boots on. He walked all night long.
