Repairs needed & Jacuzzi gone

The hotel it's self was clean. The room was clean. Friendly staff!

The room itself needed many, many repairs! Especially for $266!!! A night. The patchwork on the ceiling was a terrible job. Th jet tub needed caulking around the edge. There was a dee groove in the tub itself. The hot faucet didn't really work right... The curtains were very messed up. Off the track. For the price, it should've needed no repairs! The pool was very small. In the ad there was a full length pool and a jacuzzi. The pool had 6 tweens in it and that made it full! Nothing like the ad picture!!

The room was nice big and spacious and was clean. That there was plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel.

This was a room with a jetted tub and they only put two towels in the room

Perfect stop on road trip

Convenient location along our road trip. Checking in and out was very simple. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, no weird smells.

Having a hot tub would have been a huge bonus as we had been driving all day. The beds were a bit hard for my liking but I'm used to a cushy pillow top. Neither of these would prevent me from staying again.

Great pit stop on road teip

Convenient stop along our road trip, we stayed at this hotel both on the way to our destination and on the way home. Check in and out was very quick and simple, all employees were pleasant.

Honestly my only wish was there was a hot tub. I knew that booking the room but after driving all day it would have been a bonus!

Terrible!!

Good menu

Night staff. Called about stopped up toilet. Staff replied one hour later and said we would have to leave room. We were already in bed. She said she would bring a plunger. She did and I unplugged toilet. For what I paid for this room I would expect respect and service. I will not stay at any Holiday Inn again.

We had our rooms confirmed but upon arrival they did not have them. 1 confirmation for king and double queen and 1 confirmation for king. They said they had a double queen but not the king....hmmm it was on same confirmation. First wasn't sure had any other rooms then gave us 3 double queens we requested to cancel one of double queens and they weren't sure if could so we will dispute if that room which was not part of our confirmation is charged. One room we kept did have slow drain in sink. Bed mattresses were not comfortable..

the bathroom shower trim was not clean, no shower gel, my toilet overflowed twice. continental break was not good

For the most part our stay was great. We would stay again.

The breakfast was very good. We love the pan cake machine!! the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable. We were surprised housekeeping came in and made the bed and placed new towels in the bathroom. Very nice surprise!

Our room was not vacuumed upon arrival. There were crumbs of food and grass clippings on the floor. The soap holder in the shower had mold on it, There was a big crack in the wall continuing up the ceiling. The carpet around the walls and bed frame had a lot of dust, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There was a ring of soap film around the jet tub.

Great staff, clean room, awesome breakfast.

Came in late traveling cross country with 4 boys and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Room was fresh and clean and well stocked. Housekeeping was definitely on their A-game at this place. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked with lots of choices for everyone in our group. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

There really wasn’t much we didn’t like. I could see more parking making it more convenient for folks but it doesn’t seem like a possibility given the local infrastructure.
