Great location, friendly staff with nice size rooms and free breakfast.

Easy, fast check in, friendly staff and nice variety at breakfast.

The only issue we was that all the pillows were too soft and little small on last stay. No firm pillows included on king bed in our suite.

Our room was on the first floor. The air system in our room did not work. The room was updated nicely, but it felt dirty

It was up to date & modern. It has pet friendly rooms.

Our room felt like it needed to be touched up. Although it was relatively modern, it just felt dirty and in need of a deep clean.

It was very disappointing, we have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites and this one was the worst.

Not much!

It was very old and musty feeling, needs a complete overhaul. Our room was very humid and you felt wet just being in it. Sheets were stained and had what we found was roach poop on them. When we woke up in the morning we found a roach in our bed. Just was not a good experience at all! Our refrigerator in the room was broken as well.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back

Breakfast was excellent. Full meal such as eggs bacon and make your own waffle!! Staff working was pleasant and wanted to help with whatever you needed

I might try a different hotel next time.

Clean, value

Very noisy..could hear through the walls, doors slamming. Young boys yelling and running through the halls for a couple hours in the early evening. Reported to the desk, they resolved the problem.

Great stay in good location, with friendly staff and includes breakfast.

Love the friendly, helpful staff and location at this hotel! Offered room upgrade at a great price. Love the size & comfort of the one Bedroom suites. We seem to stay here at least four times a year while visiting family & will continue.

Only complaint is the pillows re too small and too soft on King size beds. Normally you have 2 firm & 2 soft. We had 4 small and soft/flat on our King, but the mattress & bedding was comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Terrible odor on the entire 2nd floor. Fans were running on the floor that inlt made the odor worse. When I asked the front desk what was going on, I was told they could not disclose that information. Slept with towels around the door but did not keep the horrible oder from permeating our room. Checked out at 4:30 am. Another person in our room became violently ill.,Vomiting.

Not on my list of favorite places.

Check in staff ignored me and kept me waiting 3-5 minutes while she took inventory of soft drinks nearby. I had to finally ask her if anyone was working the desk! Toilet seat in room was broken. Carpet in room felt sticky and dirty.

It was a wonderful quiet stay. I definitely would stay there again.

Great customer service, beds were wonderful to sleep on. Pillows were also available. Request was honored.

A Pleasant Stay

The staff was so friendly and the room was spotless. The surrounding area was very nice.

The bed could have been firmer. It was way too soft.

Check your room before settling in

Stephanie working the front desk, location and beds were super soft and comfortable.

Had roaches in the first room (were quickly relocated), weird smell once A/C unit turned off, can tell the rooms are older and need better updates/maintenance (wood split on bathroom doors, paint peeling need at headboards, stains in bathtubs, shower didn’t drain well).

Only stayed here so my 11 yr old could swim and I wasn’t able to let her

Super friendly staff and room was nice and clean

Swimming pool was dirty and almost green. The hot tub was cold water and also dirty

Exceptional

A pleasant surprise, a very nice hotel. Beth at the front desk was great and very helpful. Interacted with several of the staff in passing, all were very friendly and pleasant. Will stay again when I'm in the area. I live in Savannah and have friends, its a good half way point.
