The experience was very disappointing, I didn't stay there.. I asked for a refund immediately

The advertisement did not represent the Rodeway Inn Tampa in the least. What I liked about this hotel was the proximity to Busch Garders.

The advertisement did not represent the Rodeway Inn Tampa in the least. When I drove up to the facility, there were so many people walking around the location without t-shirts, and people were outside on their porches, I felt extremely uncomfortable (unsafe) in this area and I am from Chicago. There were many young men in groups without t-shirts.

After trying 2 rooms, I did not feel safe staying on the property with the deplorable conditions!

I did not like anything.

That hotel is filthy, non-smoking room had cigarette burn holes throughout the bedding and smelled of smoke. The door had safety locks that where broken and the door frames where falling apart making it hard to open and close the doors. Drug deals were being made right outside the rooms. Loud music and people walking around at 1 am in the morning. There was a security guard whom said nothing to anyone conducting or engaging in these activities. The hotel offered another room but it was in worse condition than the first room they assigned me. Never again. Only thing that could have been better is to condemn, demolition, and rebuild the hotel.

This hotel is HORRIBLE

Everything. it was holes all in the walls. The dresser was missing the tub in the bathroom was dirty and nasty. The smoke alarm was filled of dust.

The only thing that I like, which wasn't anything at this location, was the close proximity to Busch Gardens. Everything else I have to say is what I didn't like.

Point 1: This place did not feel safe Point 2: This place is truly a dump. Point 3: It is also shared with homeless families, which they should have told me from the beginning. A domestic violence altercation ensued whilst I was staying there! I'm being very kind considering I'm a travel consultant. This motel should have stayed a Red Roof!

Disappointed, I would consider staying anywhere else but here.

The doors were locked, and no one was there. I can't tell you if they even have coffee

Clean the rooms. Floor was dirty, towels were dirty. No smoke detector in the room. The wires were there, but the detector was missing.
