Facility doesn’t seem as safe as in previous stays

1) Familiarity: I’ve stayed at this location many times. 2) very quiet room 3) bath/shower and sink appeared very new, with WORKING drain stopper, and nice shower head

1) room stunk: one or two of my pillows smelled like dirty hair and cheap cologne, but visually appeared clean. 2) Cutting corners to save money compromises my sense of security: new procedure of not staffing the front desk after hours which means no one greets you if you’re returning from a late night; if your key card doesn’t work upon late night arrival, you have to use the newly installed wall phone…not safe at all. One evening I witnessed a tense interaction with the front desk staff and a woman with a man who appeared to be trying to bully the staff into giving them a room….had staff not been present and/or if my card key didn’t work, what recourse or security would I have had if I encountered those people upon my late night return?

The room was clean and lighting was good in the room.

The shower curtain rod was damaged and made the curtain hang incorrectly causing excessive water to spray out into the bathroom.

Worst room ever stayed in

Nothing

Room was musty smelling,water was leaking in the tub and it had 4 iches of water in it. The stoper on the sink was broken ans stuck shut. No ice, no coffee maker. The rooms need updated badly. Was very embarrassed to have my family stay there, it will never happen again

Great stay for the price!

It was a nice place to stay. Was clean and a good shower with hot water. Also liked the larger refrigerator to keep items cold and frozen.

Couldn't find an ice machine.

Wished my disappointment outweighed the uncomfortable factor.

Easy to check into. Easy to find.

Grabbed a dried out muffin that went in trash. No juice no water. Nothing quick for those with nut allergies. Very uncomfortable with a hotel guest getting busted as we were packing up to leave. Dog poop all over outside the hotel. Marijuana smell in room a huge turn off.NOT what I expected. Wished i wouldn’t have ever booked

They charged me twice they charge me one through booking.com which I got through you guys and then they charged me again through extended stay America so either you guys need to refund my money or they do

It was a good stay

The staff was nice. They explained that they were short staffed. Iblikedctheclocation.

The TV did not work but they got it fixed. Our toilet clogged and they gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves

I will never stay at an extended stay again if that is the kind of place they all are.

the staff was friendly. the location was good.

we had ants and 1 cockroach that we saw. It was definitely in need of new furniture and the water pressure was horrible in the shower. it took forever to rinse the shampoo out of our hair and the soap off of our body. the Breakfast consisted of cup of coffee and a fiber bar or a package of oatmeal. there is no maid service and we had to take our own trash out. we had to take the towels down stairs to trade them in for clean ones. just not what a vacation is supposed to be.
