It was okay...........it did what we needed

Loved the young woman running the place. She was so nice and helpful. If we go back I would not mind staying again.

The beds need some upgrades. That's all. Updating the rooms needs to happen.

I would stay here every time I come to Roswell

They owners/management go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The power went out and they made sure I had lights by giving me a candle and making sure I didn’t need anything.

not a hygiene place to stay

no soap or shampoo, I had to call to get 2 mini soap and mini shampoo to shower. found hair on floors

Overall a very good hotel with good hospitality.

The cable on the TV didn't work. We couldn't get the channel to change so we were stuck watching one channel. I also didn't appreciate the cleaning service knocking on my door at 9 AM while I was still asleep.

The stay was excellent.

The room was clean and had many amenities. We couldn’t get the refrigerator cold enough and the guy was there within a minute and fixed it right away. Superb service!

We wished they had a free breakfast.

Great motel to stay in. comfortable and reasonably priced. nice owners!

There was a group of people who stayed up most of the night sounded like they were carrying on a loud conversation right outside my window! hard time falling asleep.

Bad

The room and bed smelled of urine. The stench was horrific and overwhelming. I have stayed in hundreds of motels and this was one of the very worst. Run away!
