Passable

Location was good. Nice to have a refrigerator and stove.

Air quality was horrible. It was wet almost. Not enough blankets and the vents were disgusting.

Close to the expo center

The facility is extremely outdated and unkempt. Loose doors handles. Old appliances. Our bathroom door had a hole in it. Fortunately we were there for a con and very little time in it.

Uncomfortable. I could/should have paid 20$ more and gone to a better hotel 1 mile away.

Right location and price, but you get what you pay for.

There was only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in room. No breakfast provided. WiFi was not free. Had to ask staff for a hair dryer. Not particularly clean. Very hard bed. Noisy room heater.

Will most likely never stay at this place ever again.

It was close to the convention center.

For one, we booked a two bed room, and only got a one bedroom with a broken pull out couch, on top of that the staff seem to not care about us, even not giving us sheets for said pull out couch until the next day. The property seemed very sketchy and we didn’t really feel safe.

Horrible, avoid at all costs.

The proximity to the Expo center

EVERYTHING. The first room they put us in stunk and the toilet didn't work. The second room they put us in didn't smell as bad and at least a toilet flushed. There were no plates, utensils, extra toilet paper rolls,, anything. To make matters worse there was not even a coffee maker. The fridge door was backwards and you could not get to it without squeezing around. In the bathtub was some kind of nasty gritty smelly stuff that looked like they had a bath mat that was a hundred years old and they peeled it off and it left all the stuff. It smelled like old smoke and stale yuck. Oh yeah and that excellent breakfast? It was expired dry muffins and oatmeal packets. Problem was there were no bowls utensils or anything to eat the oatmeal with. And when I asked the front desk I got a surly attitude and it took them five minutes to grab a bowl. It was a terrible terrible Motel. It literally was like a Motel 6. I have actually stayed in better $40 a night hotels than this one. Did I mention that the staff was rude, surly, snd unhelpful? They got an attitude when I asked about coffee. They told me I had to come to the office to get coffee which was weak and watery. I didn't even bother asking for a coffee maker. Avoid this Motel except as a last resort.

Liked the location and that it was close to stores and restaurants

There were not any dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, pots or pans. I even had to request a coffee maker and toaster. The pillows were uncomfortable too

There was none.

Room was not very clean. AC unit was noisy and room was very humid. No dishes or silver ware provided. Other long term stay provider I am currently at, has fully supplied kitchen.
