The desk clerk was pleasant

The pool wasn't open. The rooms were filthy. We were there for 10 days and they never cleaned our room, pick up garbage, or gave clean towels.

Location was good

The floors didn't dry and the linens weren't changed the next day. Poor housekeeping, not very clean. Some of the lights were out in the bathroom. Luckily i needed a place to sleep inbetween my daily commute and well this was in the cheap side

Extremely loud group smoking and partying in parking lot until after 2am.

The cash deposit is a problem. I went to find it somewhere on ITM machine…. Very frustrating. You must change your policy of cash. Accept debit card or credit card. Period. After I forget to take my money and went back home. I called the hotel to send back my money, the receptionist was not good at all. She hanged up on me. I was very shocked ! You have my money … why you answered like that???? I am very disappointed….

Not much

Somebody broke into my room with the Trinity riding doors they say their pet friendly I paid the deposit and they got kicked out for having a a pet after some Kickback middle divider Dorian the night before and nothing was done about it this place is a disgrace
