BAD!!!!

honestly couldn’t answer this question, because I didn’t get to stay!

Booked reservation on Booking.com, said they had 1 clean room left. Got to the extended stay about 2 hours after booking it. Called night shift crew and they said the room was dirty. Therefore me and another person had to sleep in truck, because they wouldn’t let us stay in a “not cleaned” room. wouldn’t recommend solely based on location and the company it keeps.

Some staff members where nice

The manager threatened me with calling the police while I was trying to figure out if would stay or leave. 1) she refused to give us clean linens and towns 2) refused to switch us to a clean room 3) lied about giving us fliers about it 4) all phone lines were dead 5) toilet would flush

I would not recommend this place unless there was a major overhaul.

Location was close to Duke University Hospital and the beds were somewhat comfortable.

No breakfast. Cockroaches in the room. 1st room was very dated and looked dirty. Rooms were not kept up. Phone didnt work, lights didnt turn on.

Comfortable bed. Nice TV.

Very noisy. Doors slamming and people arguing in the parking lot. Partying and loud music on on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

it was so quiet. I loved this . no slamming doors or drunk people. The young lady working the front desk was so fabulous and kind . her energy was amazing . give her a raise

7/10 nice place to stay with limited budget

Good location, close to the supermarkets and restaurants, the facilities are old but clean and in good use. the reseption desk lady is nice. cost-effective place to stay :)

the room was awful stunk like stall cigarettes burn marks in the bathroom dirty floors no exhaust fan had to sleep with the window open toilet plug up first flush because it didn’t work right no one at the office to help

it had a bed.

they made you wash and dry your own linen, take your own trash out. the room was really dirty. floor left a film on my feet. they messed up my reservation and made me pay to get a different room. there was no breakfast. no staff answers the help line.

.Awful, the door had obviously been Kicked in and you could see light and feel the cold draft. Cobwebs on the ceiling and vents. The shower leaked so bad I had to use 3 towels to dry the floor.

Glad it was one night. We all were exhausted the next day.

What did I like? Absolutely nothing.

The price? No, should be alot less lower. Place was nasty. Had to deal with alot of hollering and screaming at 3 am. Bed? It was ok, not good not bad. Price needs to be lower. Got what I paid for. My son had surgery the next day.
