A quiet and relaxing get away, while being close to home.

Location is great for getting good food and close shopping and entertainment.

The shower handle seemed to be acting up as it was difficult to balance between hot and cold.

Would not recommend or return.

The microwave in our room was broken. The staff was friendly and let us use the one in the break room but it was definitely inconvenient.

it was dirty, dusty and to be honest not even sure if the sheets were even changed. fridge still had some left behind weird alcohol and smelling.

Extended Stay ruined my daughter's 17th birthday, my last with my babygirl. She's grown at 18.

The staff was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more.

I don't like that the bathroom floors were dirty including the toilet. The unit had no dishes, soap, no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates. I booked extended stay so that I could cook for my child's bday. Upon arriving I found out that I shouldn't have paid as much and just got a regular room without a kitchenette because nothing was provided in the room. I'm highly upset, extremely disappointed, and most likely going to write several bad reviews never recommend this place in any city and never book here again. My daughter's birthday was ruined. Thanks Extended Stay!!!

no cameras in the parking lot near all entrances. my car was damaged and no camera caught it and I was parked directly in front of a side entrance. there should always be cameras by the doors

I’ll give it a 5 score.

Only the location near Bart train station

Desk said they don’t provide do not disturb placards for the door. Worker stated they don’t have any. None of the doors had them. Shower head was loud and plumbing No shower caps in the room No disposable plastic cups in the room No ice buckets

i liked that the bed was really clean, super comfy pillows. bathroom needed to be cleaned a little more but for the price it was overall a really comfortable stay

It was 4 miles from the hospital for my next day surgery

they are unable to solve a requirement li a receipt of my stay in the hotel

no ice. or cooking utensils cups as that’s what your hotel promotes there was a waiting list and I never received them and had to throw my groceries away and no dinner or drink
