Next to McDonald’s and Starbucks

There were no usb ports and the king bed turned out to be a queen bed. There was no mirror anywhere but the bathroom and the bathroom door barley functioned.

Horrible. Will never return

I really wouldn’t say breakfast included.anything you needed , you had to go get it yourself. When you asked for towel they gave you 2 for a family of 5 then they acted like it was so much trouble.

Well our sliding bathroom door was off its slider so had to use the restroom with door partially open. The lock on the pool didn’t work so you had to reach your arm over which for one I’m short so hard to do.

Rude staff, poor customer service.

Do not book here if you require 24 hour check in.

I picked this hotel for the sole purpose of their 24 hour check in option since I would not be arriving until after midnight. I specifically stated in my reservation under special requests that my time of arrival would be between 1am-2am THE NEXT DAY. Before I even arrived I was charged a cancellation fee, called the hotel and was told “ummm well you didn’t show up so we cancelled your reservation”. Not only did they cause me to be charged a cancellation fee for the room I had every intention of staying in, but then told me the only way I could stay is if I pay full price at the property upon arrival. Decided to pay extra for the Comfort Inn in Bothell, go there instead.

Nice place to stay. Very comfortable and homey.

This is a great location and a very nice property. It’s priced right for the location and services available. It isn’t fancy or luxurious, and that suits me fine. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They really need more handicapped parking spaces available. If you are at all sensitive to fragrance this is not the place for you! They use way too much air freshener or Fabrezze or something. The rooms are always very heavily perfumed. I usually check in, open the windows and leave for an hour.

the staff is excellent. the room was clean and nice. I would stay here again happily.

there is a slightly off smell in the hallways. the parking lot is a long way to walk except for a few spots.

night staff was not to the level of professionalism pool was not that clean washroom door, kitchen sink faucets were about to dismantle. when we were to get out of there in the morning rush, water supply was shut off!!! can you believe it? I gave my feed back to them and never receive even an apology call. wow. worst hotel experience ever, well, in Canada. don’t go there unless they sincerely change

Nice room. Mostly friendly staff.

I stayed for a total of 2 and a half months..paying 650 a week! I only learned they offer a monthly rate until after i stayed there for 2 months and i couldve been saving 100 a week. Then i didn't get paid the day I was supposed to so was hoping since I had been there for so long that they would've worked with me. But no, I had to move all my things out and sleep in my car for 2 days until my money came in. So I checked back in and it was until I came out for breakfast that one of the staff asked me what I was doing there. And not very nicely so I knew something was wrong. I asked her what she was talking about and she told me i had been put on a national do not rent to list. She said that I owed $300 and they tried to charge my card but it was declined. I guess because I didn't stay the whole month but only 2 weeks, I was charged for weekly rate plus some. No one told me when i checked out. No one told me when I checked back in either. I let her know I didn't know anything about it cause no one told me but she didn't care and told me it was already in collections. How the f... could it be in collections after 2 days. Plus NO ONE told me! Now i have to pay 300 before I can rent there again. And i was living paycheck to paycheck so i dont have an extra 300 lying around.

This hotel is sucks!

location, closed to Freeway and restaurants

the terrible smell came from unit 209, a big pet issues affecting the whole area . I was having headaches and feeling sick all the time. Reported to front desk several times. Not solution and never offered a new room. the supervisor never was there when I asked.
