It was a very pleasant experience with a very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely go back to this hotel!

I loved the layout of the room and the bathroom. We had a huge walk in shower and a very spacious countertop. The beds were comfortable and the room had all of the amenities. It was very clean and all at a great value!

No complaints.

Excelente servicio

La comida tanto del desayuno como la cena. Lo único que faltó fue un bacon en el desayuno de resto super rico todo. Las instalaciones muy lindas y cuidadas. El personal super amables todos. A donde quiera que vaya buscaré un Drury como primera opción.

Great location to stay at considering the proximity to where we were going and where we came from.

Front desk help / bartender was very personable and we were able to have a short conversation concerning why we were there. They provided some recommendations on where to eat and relax as well. Appreciated the rundown on some of the amenities in the area.

We did not stay because the elevator was down

We booked our stay online from the car no more than an hour before arrival. Upon arrival we learned the elevator was not working and there were no first floor rooms available. We are older and the stairs were not practical for us. We did not stay. It would have been nice to have had that message when making the reservation from the booking site rather than finding out upon arrival. It was a minor inonvenience since there were other places to stay nearby.

Disappointing

The positives- the room was clean, bed was comfy & staff ESP Roxanne at the front desk were great. I just don't understand how a multi million dollar company goes over 2 weeks with a broken elevator in a hotel that they charge $140 a night for.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the elevator was out of service and had been for TWO weeks yet that was not listed on the website at all. I was on the top floor (4th) and had several bags and a big suitcase to carry up 8 flights of stairs by myself. I didn't even bother to try to get dinner or breakfast which is included in my price because who wants to carry it up flights and flights of stairs? There is also no ice on the top floor, and no vending machines anywhere but the main lobby- which is extremely inconvenient when there is no elevator.

Safe, clean & secure, with plenty of food options

I appreciate the hotel has plenty of parking with good lighting. It also had an onsite security guard. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay at this hotel. There were lots of food options and breakfast included.

I would be more likely to use the concession corner if it was fully automated. As someone was not always at the Front Desk, it dissuaded me from making any purchases. Noise level was a little high until 10pm.

All you want in good lodging

Staff was all excellent. So refreshing. Hotel was honestly one of the nicest I've stayed in this year. Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent btw. I'm hard to please when I'm spending good money, but not one complaint from us.
